By improving the gig galleries and gig descriptions. Currently, your gigs have no proof that you are really an experienced Web Designer and Developer. If you really are, then show some proof by adding your designed and developed websites in the gig galleries in a creative way.

Why do you want a high rank on the Forum? Remember one thing: Forum and Fiverr platform are two separate things so they are not related to each other. Via Forum, you cannot get orders or any other advantage on Fiverr. Just browse the Forum to get more knowledge about news, updates, information on different things, other' experiences, tips etc. You can share your experiences with us too if have any or worth to share with us.

@priyank_mod Here you go. Finally, I got my answer. But it looks like that pausing a gig is the better option rather than deleting it.

Most probably, the seller has disabled the option of "Live Portfolio" which is why you cannot find that option there.

True but still it would be better if @Kesha answers so that we can take any action regarding poor selling gigs.

True that but I still would like to get it confirm from the Fiverr Staff so that we can take further steps/actions to improve our services/gigs. I have only 1 gig which is not selling well that's why wanted to confirm still. But it looks like that with the addition of new changes/updates, we gotta update ourselves too..

Few Things: 1. There is no fiber on Fiverr. Kindly correct it. 2. Why are you using a fake profile picture on your Fiverr's profile while using original picture on Forum? Any reason? Avoid using fake pictures on Fiverr profile else you will be in a huge trouble. 3. You are not eligible for Promoted Gigs option yet. First: You are violating the Forum Rule 6 that you are not allowed to share/mention the username of your buyer/seller here. Avoid it next time. Second: No matter what, whether you do mutual cancellation or not, there will be definitely some effects on your gigs/account, you will have to face them. Were all the documents approved? Check the status on documents first.. And chat with Payoneer Live Chat Agent and ask them about the status on your Payoneer account.

May I know the reason of doing this? I mean why do you want followers on your Forum's profile? It has nothing to do with the orders etc. Also, Forum does not work like the Social Media platforms. You cannot force anyone to follow you/your profile. If anyone would like to follow you, they will follow eventually!

Secondly, that 1* review is the main reason that your gig is not ranking well in the search results. That buyer must have given you a negative private review as well. Just improve your services and deliver quality work to make your buyers happy. Thirdly, there are a lot of spellings mistakes in your gig images. Correct them such as Leanding = Landing, Platfrom = Platform etc. You have mentioned this in your gig description: "Top 10% verified WordPress Developer on Fiverr".. Where is the proof? What is the difference between these 2 gigs?: "I will duplicate redesign copy clone website in wordpress by elementor pro" and "I will copy, clone redesign, duplicate website in wordpress website using elementor pro"
