  1. You mean you have 2 Fiverr accounts? You are violating TOS then as second account creation is not allowed on Fiverr. Discuss with Fiverr Support. They'll help/guide you.

  3. Hello too If you are not satisfied with seller's services then you can get the order cancelled either via Resolution Center or request Fiverr Support for it. Why would you like to accept the delivery when it is not according to your requirements?
  4. No. What does gig categories have to do with the scammers? There is no specific category which scammers targets.
  5. Simply respond to their messages with the "Hi" then mark them as Spam. You can report them as well but avoid contacting them outside the Fiverr and also avoid sharing your personal contact details with them. Else you will be in trouble i.e. account suspension.

  7. Don't look or check for your gig ranking. Instead you should check the status on your clicks and impressions. That will tell you the performance of your gigs.
  8. After checking your profile, I can see that why have you got a warning.. Your one buyer (sorry, cannot mention the username), has placed nearly 10 orders within a month and that looks suspicious. That's what might have triggered the Fiverr's system. Anyhow, sorry that you had to go through this.
  9. One thing: Buyers cannot see your success scores. Secondly, you are a Digital Marketing Expertise so use your expertise to get the clients for yourself. Can't you even do this for yourself? Improve your gigs (gig galleries plus descriptions) so that it can impress your buyers.
  10. Simple: You will be demoted to Level 1. You still have time (till 14th March 2024) to improve your overall success score.
  11. Why would it increase with the zero gig performance? Obviously it will remain same.
  12. Hi too Because of the recent update, almost every other seller has sent them their tickets regarding their issues/concerns. That's why they are taking time to respond to the tickets. So be patient, you will get your response soon.

    Check if your account is verified (seller account is approved or not). If not, then you must have received an email from Fiverr regarding it. And stop creating tickets on the same issue repetitively. Avoid it. Fiverr Support won't help you if you keep creating tickets on the same issue. You need to wait and be patient. There are tons of tickets which they have to check everyday. Edit: @ana_tomy or @Lena If possible, please check his case. Thank you.
  14. Another funny thing: My SS already reverted back to 10 after delivery of 2 orders. I am not sure that how are they (AI) actually measuring everything.. But it looks like that we all have to adapt to this new level system no matter what. And sure. I am gonna follow your suggestion i.e. to keep the under-performing gigs. ✌️

  16. I am sorry that you had to go through this.. Feeling bad but if the Fiverr Support has said that their decision is final then it's final. They won't change their decision. Let it go and try your luck on other platforms. Hopefully you will do better there (other platforms). Good Luck!

  20. What would be the difference if you open a new account and start fresh? Won't it be the same if you use the old account? So it is recommended to proceed with the old account. If your gigs are paused so contact Fiverr Support and they will guide you regarding it. Secondly, to create a second account is actually a violation of TOS so you cannot do that.

  24. If you really are a Social Media Manager, then you should know the reason of low impressions. Main reason is the poor gig galleries (sorry to say this) mainly primary gig image. Improve your gig galleries (all gigs) and add the relevant gig images there. Show the proof i.e. Before and After results. Social Media Marketing is one of the super competitive niche so I will encourage you to do a research on your niche to observe how other sellers are offering their services.
  25. Hope, you're well now. 🙂 Yes that's the point now. On the top of that, Level 2 Sellers will have a benefit of creating 10 gigs only (after 14th March 2024). So pausing/deleting gigs should not be measured in overall success scores. I was actually into learning new skills but it looks like that it will be a waste of time to do that for Fiverr. So will have to look for a new platform where I can showcase my new skills easily. Fiverr is making everything difficult for everyone.
