  3. Actually, in my almost 10 years of Fiverr Journey, I have never asked/requested any buyer to leave a review. It has always concerned me that their system will detect that word "review" and then boom (account suspension) so I still have concerns regarding it though I know that I am still not gonna request any buyer for a review (lol)

  5. Have you ever tried to utilize your Digital Marketing expertise for your own gigs? If you are really a Digital Marketer then you should do it for yourself to prove that you really can do Digital Marketing for others too. Change English Language settings from Fluent to Basic/Conversational (suggesting this after checking your gig descriptions) There are spelling mistakes on your gig images mainly primary gig image such as Instagrm (Instagram), Campaing (Campaign), Convreting (Converting), Desing (Design), Rainking (Ranking) etc. You have mentioned this in your gig description: "I'm available 24/7 hours.". How come? Are you a robot who can stay up to for 24/7? You need to work on your gig galleries (primary gig image - the most) and improve gig descriptions as well.

  9. Yeah right.. but if buyer is not leaving any review then it should not be considered in calculating success scores. Totally unfair it is.
  10. If you don't leave a review to your buyer, then after 10 days, buyer's review will be published automatically so it's better to leave a review. What exactly do you want to know?   11. Why should we force/encourage our buyers to leave a review? If they want to leave a review then they will do it on their own even Fiverr reminds them (buyers) two-three times after the completion of order. Don't they? Sometimes, requesting buyers to leave a feedback on our work leads to a warning/account restriction because of FIverr's AI (no idea what it can do) so it is better to not ask for a review. Secondly, it should not be measured in success scores.
  12. You mean you have 2 Fiverr accounts? You are violating TOS then as second account creation is not allowed on Fiverr. Discuss with Fiverr Support. They'll help/guide you.

  14. Hello too If you are not satisfied with seller's services then you can get the order cancelled either via Resolution Center or request Fiverr Support for it. Why would you like to accept the delivery when it is not according to your requirements?
  15. No. What does gig categories have to do with the scammers? There is no specific category which scammers targets.
  16. Simply respond to their messages with the "Hi" then mark them as Spam. You can report them as well but avoid contacting them outside the Fiverr and also avoid sharing your personal contact details with them. Else you will be in trouble i.e. account suspension.

  18. Don't look or check for your gig ranking. Instead you should check the status on your clicks and impressions. That will tell you the performance of your gigs.
  19. After checking your profile, I can see that why have you got a warning.. Your one buyer (sorry, cannot mention the username), has placed nearly 10 orders within a month and that looks suspicious. That's what might have triggered the Fiverr's system. Anyhow, sorry that you had to go through this.
  20. One thing: Buyers cannot see your success scores. Secondly, you are a Digital Marketing Expertise so use your expertise to get the clients for yourself. Can't you even do this for yourself? Improve your gigs (gig galleries plus descriptions) so that it can impress your buyers.
  21. Simple: You will be demoted to Level 1. You still have time (till 14th March 2024) to improve your overall success score.
  22. Why would it increase with the zero gig performance? Obviously it will remain same.
  23. Hi too Because of the recent update, almost every other seller has sent them their tickets regarding their issues/concerns. That's why they are taking time to respond to the tickets. So be patient, you will get your response soon.
