  1. Hi @asad4132, focus on becoming visible in Fiverr's search so that you can get orders through organic search. Those who do well in organic search will usually do well in Promoted Gigs, Get Briefs, and may also be "promoted" by Fiverr through badges such as the Fiverr's Choice badge, Rising Talent Badge, Quick Deliveries, Quick Replies, Repeat Customers, and so forth. Monitor your impressions, clicks, and orders and make necessary changes to your gigs: Impressions will tell you how relevant Fiverr's algorithm thinks you are when buyers search for your services. Your relevancy is based on your titles, tags, and gig descriptions, as well as your seller performance and seller quality. Fiverr's search gives priority to relevant gigs where sellers are performing well, look professional, and have great reviews (both public and private reviews). To increase your impressions you will need to increase your relevancy so that you will be seen higher up in search results. Clicks will tell you how attractive your gig is to potential customers. When customers use Fiverr's search, will your gig catch their eye? You have only seconds to impress a buyer, so make sure your gig image is well-designed, you have a gig video, the whole title is visible, and your price is attractive. Number of reviews, ratings, and seller level also play a role in how attractive your gig is to buyers. If buyers are clicking on your gig, that means you caught their eye and they are making it to your profile and gig page. Orders will tell you how good your profile and gigs are at convincing a buyer to place an order with you. If you have impressions and clicks but no orders, buyers are seeing you, visiting your gig, and then deciding to go with another customer. Your job is to figure out why they are leaving you for the competition and how you can turn that around so that customers want to buy from you.
  2. In the words of @frank_d: Read more about how Fiverr's algorithm REALLY works in these articles here: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/243824-welcome-to-fiverr-30/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/278118-fiverr-30-revisited-aka-fiverr-31/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/293675-%F0%9F%93%88-fiverr-simplified-get-matched/ In short: Title, Tags, Gig descriptions are just one aspect of Fiverr's complex algorithm. It will also look at your seller statistics and seller quality (e.g., appearance quality and delivery quality).

  4. Hi @zahidamin238, Welcome to the forum! Just as an FYI, most of the members of the forum are sellers and are not going to buy from you. You are also posting your gig links in the wrong categories - you may only share your gig links in "My Fiverr Gigs" and "Improve My Gig." If you post your gig links anywhere else, it's considered spam. Please read these articles to get the most out of your forum experiences: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/78709-forum-guide-where-to-post-what-to-post-whats-in-the-categories/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/278683-new-to-the-forum-welcome-here-are-5-tips-for-efficient-forum-use-%E2%80%93-how-to-make-the-forum-work-better-for-yourself-and-for-everyone/?do=findComment&comment=1860467 https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282067-my-first-25-days-%E2%80%93-how-i%E2%80%99m-getting-the-most-out-of-fiverr-forum/ I noticed that you are still waiting to get your first order. Some notes from me: 1. Your gig "I will make profetional pet portrait and watercoler portrait" has two misspellings: "profetional" should be "professional" and "watercoler" should be "watercolor." Misspellings in your title may cause you to have lower impressions, so please proofread and correct your title so that you can get better visibility in search. 2. Since your services are design-oriented, make sure your images look good on both the mobile and PC view. When I look at your gigs, many of them are cut off on the left side (I can't read the text on the slides). Fix the images so that all of the text is visible in both the mobile and desktop views. 3. You have gig videos on some of your gigs - get them on all of your gigs to increase user engagement with your gigs. According to Fiverr, videos lead to a 40% increase in user engagement. 4. I would also take advantage of your gallery for each gig - you can use the PDFs to display an unlimited amount of your work and portfolio. Your portfolio gives you credibility when you don't have reviews to back you up. As a new seller, I spent most of my time working on my portfolio to hone my skills and to give my buyers a good idea of what to expect when working with me. Buyers placed orders specifically because they saw my work samples and knew I could do the job. 5. The forum is a great place to learn how to grow your Fiverr business. Here are some resources to get you started: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282867-how-to-build-credibility-on-fiverr-even-if-youre-a-new-seller-with-zero-reviews/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/211706-are-you-a-new-seller-this-is-how-you-get-more-orders/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/284256-no-orders-here-are-7-updates-you-can-make-during-the-slow-times/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/293675-%F0%9F%93%88-fiverr-simplified-get-matched/
  5. Hi @skillednur, I just posted this in my reply to your status update: Hopefully that's helpful to you!

  7. Why do you want to receive money in the same place? It's always best to keep money separate. You should each have separate Paypal accounts and separate bank accounts. Then, your Paypal account should be connected with your Fiverr account. Your friend's Paypal account should be connected with his or her own Fiverr account.
  8. Hi @linkedinproxcel, Welcome to the forum! Your answer is here: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/293675-%F0%9F%93%88-fiverr-simplified-get-matched/ As mentioned in the above article, matching is not just based on your gig/profile setup, but also your seller performance and seller quality (based on appearance quality and delivery quality). Here are a few more articles to help you optimize you gig, profile, and your business: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/243824-welcome-to-fiverr-30/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/278118-fiverr-30-revisited-aka-fiverr-31/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/284256-no-orders-here-are-7-updates-you-can-make-during-the-slow-times/
  9. It's hard to say without seeing the opportunity and how you responded. However, when you submit an offer, make sure that you address each point or detail that the buyer mentions. Tailor the offer to each specific buyer - address each point by showing what and how you will deliver. Share your price and explain all that is included in your offer. Show how you are unique and different from other sellers who may also be submitting an offer.
  10. Why do you have two Fiverr accounts? Users are only allowed to have 1 account per Fiverr ToS. Having multiple Fiverr accounts risks getting both shut down (and banned from being on the platform).
  11. The first name should be your given name and your last name should be your family surname. You should be able to just ignore the middle initial. If that doesn't work, check to make sure your expiration date is correct. You might want to also try a different card or payment method (e.g., Paypal or Venmo).
  12. HI @jk_designer07, to activate the "Get Brief" feature, turn it on from your Gig page and set your minimum price. A word of caution: If you were getting regular orders from buyer requests, don't expect the same from Fiverr. The "Get Brief" option is not meant to be a major source of orders. Getting orders from briefs depends on how many briefs are being submitted by buyers, if you are matched to a brief as a seller, if the brief is relevant, and if your offer gets accepted. Unlike buyer requests (which allows 50+ sellers to bid on one buyer request), only 1-2 sellers are matched to a brief at a time. This drastically reduces the number of sellers exposed to each brief. Also, since the matching system is still new, the likelihood of you being matched to a brief that has nothing to do with your services is high. If the brief is relevant, you will need to submit a good offer in order for the brief to turn into an order (however, since competition is less, you should have a higher chance of getting the job). Since you can't control how many briefs you get (or how relevant they are), you should focus on getting orders in different ways, especially through organic search. If you can get seen in organic searches, most likely you'll do good with the Promoted Gig feature, Get Briefs, and may even be promoted in search through badges such as the Rising Talent or Fiverr's Choice badge. Here are several articles that can help you understand how Fiverr works and how you can use this knowledge to start getting seen in search: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/243824-welcome-to-fiverr-30/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/278118-fiverr-30-revisited-aka-fiverr-31/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/293675-%F0%9F%93%88-fiverr-simplified-get-matched/
  13. Hi @capablethings - Honestly, the only time I've seen impressions plummet like this is when there is a negative private review (which you'll never see). You might want to read this article by @williambryan392: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282146-how-to-be-successful-on-fiverr-common-questions-answered-and-a-collection-of-great-posts-that-helped-me-achieve-trs/ It's a myth that editing your gigs hurts your rank/visibility: It might affect your impressions for a couple of days, but editing your gigs, especially if you are just adding a video, shouldn't cause your impressions to plummet (and stay down) like you see in your graph. Here's a great article by @frank_d explaining what happens when you publish or update a gig: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/274399-what-happens-when-you-publish-a-new-gig-a-pro-sellers-guide/ Although you have only 5-star reviews in public, your buyer might have left a negative private review. The private reviews hold a lot of weight because that's when buyers can express their true feelings. Here's what @williambryan392 says about these: Regardless of WHY your impressions are down, you've got a problem. Now you have to figure out how to get out of this slump and regain visibility in search again. Here are a few articles that can help you do just that: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/104901-getting-through-the-sales-slump-upyour/ (steps 1, 2 & 4 - buyer requests are no more) https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/104668-marketing-yourself-just-do-it-heres-how-upyour/ (how to market yourself when you aren't visible) https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/273172-the-simplest-way-to-get-a-boost-in-ranking/ (how to increase your visibility in search) https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/243824-welcome-to-fiverr-30/ (how Fiverr really works) https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/278118-fiverr-30-revisited-aka-fiverr-31/ (a deeper look into the metrics and indicators affecting your impressions) https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/293675-📈-fiverr-simplified-get-matched/ (how to use the algorithm in your favor)
  14. I agree! Once you give the buyer what he or she asked for (such as a quote), that's all you need to do. Work on your orders, improve your gigs, and answer other inquiries to your inbox. Sometimes the buyers will come back (even after months) and sometimes they won't.
  15. Congratulations @omnilegentangel! It's good to hear from you and that you are doing so well. I still remember looking at your profile with zero orders, so great job and great reviews! Thanks for reminding me about your beta reading services, I have been turning away most inquiries on my beta reading gig because I want to free up time for scaling my businesses. Getting through the first 20 orders was a struggle for me, too. One thing that helped me to get more orders was to offer additional services to my beta reading clients. There are several clients that I have done alpha reading, beta reading, editing, and copy editing for. Some clients choose to break up the orders so that I'm only beta reading chunks at a time (especially helpful for the longer novels that are 100k+ words). I also did cover designs and formatting for one client, which was a lot of fun and a PowerPoint design for another client. I agree with @melanielm! You should always branch out and never put your eggs in one basket. I posted my own website at the same time as Fiverr and Fiverr just took off, so that's where I put in most of my energy. However, I get a consistent monthly income from my website and just recently created new logos for both my website and Fiverr (completely separate branding and offerings). Whenever I update Fiverr, I try to update my website as well (but my website is very slow-going because I have other ideas in the works as well). It sounds like you have a lot going on as well, so keep tabs on all of your goals so that there's progress on them (even if it's small) and and spend the most time on the things that are working for you.
  16. Thanks @tom_o_malley and @sabinespoems! This was a little feature that I thought very little of until you both brought it up! I kind of got pulled into researching about it because it was so fascinating to see how it differs among sellers! It's still a mystery to me. @tom_o_malley, you'll have to update us if you see this pop up on your gigs!
  17. Hi @soufianejanna, it's good to see you on the forum again! I'd love to help you by giving you a bulleted hit list from your gigs, but I think you might benefit more by conducting a thorough review of your gigs yourself. You have access to data and insights that we on the forum can't see. I really took @newsmike's suggestions in his post to heart and my business is better off because of it: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/295152-2023-gig-checklist-get-ready-now/ No matter how good your gigs are, they can always be better. If your gigs look stale, refresh them. Try to put yourself in your buyers' shoes - how can you connect better with them? How can you structure your gigs and services so that you are offering something that buyers not only want, but need? Are you branding yourself? Is there a consistent look that is unique to you that will catch the eyes of buyers who use Fiverr's search? Do you have an exceptional portfolio of your work? How can you show buyers how you are a solution to their problems? The faster buyers can visualize their project as complete, the faster they will place that order. Pay attention to the data. What are your impressions, clicks, and orders telling you? What are buyers saying in your inbox? Gather the data and find the clues that tells you what you need to work on for your business. Then do it. Check the data again. Is it working? Take a hard look at your packages. How are they structured? Is this the best you can offer to your clients? Is there a better way to structure and price your gigs? Look at everything. @newsmike even mentioned your delivery windows. This is a continuous process - I'm already making changes based on what I'm finding is working and not working from my last update. I hope this is helpful to you and I wish you the best of luck!
  18. There's actually a reason every time this happens, you just have to figure out what it is. Look at all your metrics - this includes not only the ones in your dashboard, but the quality metrics that aren't a part of your dashboard (i.e., how quickly you deliver, how many orders you have, the private reviews that you get, how quickly you respond to messages in your inbox and order chats, the number of repeat buyers that you have, etc.). Every seller is given a Gig Match score based on appearance quality and delivery quality. Fiverr actually has a good Promoted Gig webinar that goes over some of the troubleshooting you can do while using promoted gigs. You can find this webinar here: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360017729338-Promoted-Gigs#h_01G7PJWY4RXHXNWB1ZQED3C3S5
  19. If you message old buyers, it can be seen as spam. As a buyer, I really don't appreciate it when my sellers contact me. I prefer to contact them when I'm ready and want to purchase from them. If you really want to give your buyers something free, do it as part of your order. Fiverr sends many promotional messages to buyers all the time and it's a bit spammy, in my opinion. Give your buyers some space and let them come to you. If they do, sure, offer them a free ebook.
  20. As @nika_3dartist mentioned, the only way to do this would be to first cancel the first order, then reissue a second order for the chapters that the seller already wrote. If you do it this way, you won't have to contact Customer Support and it won't affect the seller's statistics as long as the second order is placed within 2 weeks of the cancelation. This is per the new cancelation policy:
  21. Hi @asadovfx, here's my feedback and reasons why I think your first gig is performing better: 1. Your gig video is better - I liked the sleek cars over the people in the second gig's video. 2. You have slightly better reviews and more reviews on the first gig. 3. There may have been private reviews, numbers of orders, and other seller quality metrics that are better in your first gig (i.e., speedy deliveries, response rates, number of repeat buyers, etc). 4. Your packages are set up different for the two gigs - the first gig seems to offer more. 5. You have more visible tags on your first gig than your second gig. 5. If you are getting inquiries for your first gig that can be taken care of in your second, are you funneling those customers to order from your second gig (or are you keep the customers on the first gig)? Funneling relevant orders to your second gig can help your gig perform better in search because you will be seen as more relevant. 6. Your impressions will tell you how relevant Fiverr thinks your gig is in search. Since your second gig has less impressions, Fiverr's algorithm sees it as less relevant. Your relevancy is based on your title, tags, gig descriptions, and seller quality (i.e., appearance quality and delivery quality). If you are delivering more orders on that gig, responding faster, delivering faster, and performing better in any way then that gig will be seen as more relevant than the other.

    Improve my Gig

Hi @rasel2006 - You are in a very competitive category. Also, you just started this month. Order won't just flow in - you have to make sure you are the type of seller that Fiverr will promote (show in search) and that buyers will want to work with. Here are some articles that can help you get started: These are articles on how Fiverr works: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/243824-welcome-to-fiverr-30/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/278118-fiverr-30-revisited-aka-fiverr-31/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/293675-%F0%9F%93%88-fiverr-simplified-get-matched/ Here's what you can do to optimize your profile: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/284256-no-orders-here-are-7-updates-you-can-make-during-the-slow-times/ And here's an awesome post by a top-rated and pro seller: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282146-how-to-be-successful-on-fiverr-common-questions-answered-and-a-collection-of-great-posts-that-helped-me-achieve-trs/
  23. Hi @capablethings - When I created several new gigs, I revamped all of my gigs and got a boost in impressions. I'm not sure why your impressions plummeted. Did you notice any changes in your seller metrics? Did anything happen on the 5th?
  24. I also noticed this when I was a new seller, but I got around most of that by including those features as a gig extra or including those fees in my custom offers. This may be related to seller level or the the category/subcategory that you are in (my thoughts, hopefully someone can confirm this).
  25. @newsmike - I keep forgetting that raising my prices really do solve a lot of the problems I find myself in! I raised my prices per your advice last week. I really didn't think anyone would order at the higher prices but buyers still placed orders without even questioning the price. This week has me on track for having the most profitable month since I started, even with the first week off for a vacation. My workload is also a quarter what it was in the last record-setting month (still busy but I still have time for home renovations and beach days). Thanks again for your sage advice, @newsmike!
