  1. You probably got an email saying that you won't participate in levelling any more. They are practically limiting you to working with old customers. New customers will have a hard time finding your gigs in search.
  2. You will probably get an email soon. I think there is a copyright problem with your second gig picture. You might get denied. You might also get a response on your ticket.

  5. You can see that you no longer have a top rated level. Based on what I have found on your profile, you are probably already experiencing low visibility in search results. And I don't see support changing their decision. Rarely they do , even when us mods interfere. I don't think there will be an option for you to level up anymore.

  8. I am sorry, my mistake. Usually, they restrict after discovering clones. Nevertheless, the problem is that they won't answer you because their decision is final. You can only work with old customers and cannot participate in the level system. It's like you are banned, but you are not banned. I don't think that many users will be satisfied with this kind of situation.

  17. Don't discourage yourself ! I see that order cancellations and communication were a problem. Sometimes you just get a problematic buyer and it can lead to chatting problems, conflicts and eventually cancellations. A buyer can leave a private negative review. These new rules are much more strict and might seem unfair, but you will have to wait for about 3 months more - the most important thing is that you're doing a great job with old customers.
  18. Are you sure you don't get any impressions ? Your gig if performing fine with some good rates and no negative labels.
  19. You can no longer work as a seller, only as a buyer. From what I see, the problem was that you were offering to physically meet and photograph people, which would be an off fiverr work.

    You have no severe penalties. There is one warning about spam, it looks like you contacted a buyer directly and offered your services.

    Your account is restricted to block. It will lead to block/ban (permanent), it is just that you have 90 day period (77 days remaining in your case) to finish ongoing orders and withdraw money. There are minor penalties, like warnings. In your case, with clone accounts, it usually leads either to block or to de-ranking to a new seller, not participating in levels anymore and barely being seen in search results. Unfortunatelly your penalty is block after 90 day period, as mentioned above. The customer support probably won't answer to your multiple messages.
  22. Sometimes the low success rate is caused by negative private reviews and some delays in order and communication which might seem legit, but these are the new rules.

    It will lead to a ban. You have time to finish ongoing orders and withdraw money. Allowing a banned user to create a new account would make a ban pointless.
