The reason for this is becuase we want to give all Sellers the same amount of opportunities to get orders, we have to give everyone a chance. The good news is that your account is as you say temporarily disabled which means that it might get restored after thorough check by the relevant team. I have looked into this issue and saw that the relevant team reviewed your messages and issued the warning because you agreed to talk to the Buyer on WhatsApp. As you already know by now, communicating outside of Fiverr is not allowed. Any violation of Fiverr's Terms of Service or Community Standards will be sanctioned. The Customer Support explained everything in detail in your correspondence. We know that this is an incredibly tense situation, driving lots of emotions for many of our community members, and we hear your concerns. Due to the ongoing war with Ukraine, global sanctions, and restrictions on Russia’s financial system, Fiverr has suspended services across Russia. We hope that there will be a peaceful end to the war at which point it will look towards reinstating its business in Russia.
