  1. I've read too many stories here on the forum about asking for reviews, even when it is done correctly. So, since Fiverr reminds Buyers, I just go with that in my delivery. "Thanks again for your purchase, you should receive an Email from Fiverr concerning the next steps." Unless the messages Fiverr sends out have changed much from (again) what I've read here on the forums, the emails cover reviews, feedback, order appoval and autocomplete, revisions (sigh, but necessary), and tipping (wish they'd reword that one).
  2. Fiverr's gig image policy: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4410883326481-Gig-image-guidelines-Making-the-most-of-your-Gig-image?segment=seller
  3. I glanced at your profile, it might help if you finish filling it out. Also, welcome to the Fiverr forums. https://community.fiverr.com/forum_rules/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/278683-new-to-the-forum-welcome-here-are-5-tips-for-efficient-forum-use-–-how-to-make-the-forum-work-better-for-yourself-and-for-everyone/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282146-how-to-be-successful-on-fiverr-common-questions-answered-and-a-collection-of-great-posts-that-helped-me-achieve-trs/
  4. Simple: Stop breaking the forum rules.
  5. You need to ask your seller, not strangers on the internet. You could also ask your seller what they'd charge for some alterations. (Just try to have all the changes you'd want to make compiled first, so they have the proper scope to give you an accurate quote.)
  6. Interesting idea. The tag would have to be more specific, such as @FiverrSpamTeam, if you wanted even a chance of it not being misused and/or abused. Doesn't reporting have "Spam" as an option anyway? I would guess that option does tag it.
  7. I asked about reading English. I'm going to be blunt, rather than keep trying to lead you to the correct procedure: Read the Terms of Service. If you yourself cannot, then delegate. If everyone on your team can read some English, then have a group meeting and go through it together. Everyone on your team needs to know what the rules are. If not everyone knows, the account could end up banned for something a team member does, that you yourself aren't even aware of.
  8. @smashradio , OP replied to you without a quote or tag, if you're interested in the response.
  9. Not defending, but the user stopped responding because of the post limit.
  10. So, you signed a contract, without reading it... Okay, here's a alternative question: are you the only person on your team who can read/speak any English?
  11. Please see: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/73962-impressions-arent-all-that-important-heres-why/
  12. The Terms of Service link can be found in the footer of EVERY page on Fiverr, AND here on the forums.
  13. Have you read the FIverr Terms of Service?
  14. Whatever translation service you are using, it is not translating the word you intend correctly. 'Forehead' is the section of the face between the eyebrows and hairline.
  15. Incorrect. Fiverr states: "Engagement" is NOT 'sales'.
  16. Have you spoken to your Buyer and asked if they'd be willing to pay for the portion of work that has been completed? If so, you could create a new custom order for just that portion of the work. https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/290596-the-partial-refund-issue-seems-to-be-solved-in-a-strange-way/
  17. WHY IS THIS NOT FIVERR'S MISSION STATEMENT!? (I acknowledge that I am intentional bumping an old topic. Sorry.) "A global marketplace connecting individuals and businesses with freelancers offering thousands of digital services." - How Fiverr Works (video) I do think there's still room for improvement and clarity, though: "A global marketplace connecting individuals and businesses with [talented] freelancers offering thousands of [custom] digital [and remote] services, [so that ... Buyers can] get exactly what [they] want." In line with this topic, this would be more ideal: "A global marketplace connecting [and facilitating communication between] individuals..." Even a bit more focus on the communication aspects of the platform would help. (*Cough* inbox spam.) Thank goodness Request to Order is now a thing, even if not in every category.
  18. False. Please see: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/215551-top-5-fiverr-myths-debunked/
  19. Something to consider: Do you cook at all? If you find and follow a recipe to make bread, you'll end up with bread. But what if you wanted biscuits, or cookies, or cake? What if the recipe was wrong? Do your own research, compare sources, check credibility. I would certainly trust Gordan Ramsey over ANY random content-mill YouTube or Tic-Tok video.

  21. Source, please? Where does Fiverr say this?
  22. ... https://www.google.com/adsense/new/localized-terms So, you are enabling the buying and selling of accounts, which is a direct violation of the terms and conditions. And you are surprised that dealing with willing rule-breakers isnt working?
  23. Support individually, no. Enable as a platform where anyone can have a chance if they have the talent, drive, and motivation to overcome? ABSOLUTELY. As long as you put in the work, to learn, discern, and improve, as well as the work to run a business. https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/195132-celebrating-fiverr’s-10th-anniversary-success-on-my-life-circumstances/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/228373-community-leader-fahim-ul-karim-passed-away/ ^ An inspiration. https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/301238-working-on-fiverr-with-chronic-illness/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/298805-a-day-in-the-life-of-a-freelancer-with-anxiety/
  24. Sorry for the confusion. No, you've done nothing wrong. Your forum name is supposed to match your Fiverr name. The forums use to be hosted by a different platform. At the time, some usernames didn't copy over correctly, so the forum name didn't match the Fiverr name. This often caused confusion, so gig links in "Improve My Gig" were helpful to avoid going to the wrong Fiverr profile. I suppose 'manipulation' as a word has some negative connotation nowadays. I was using the word in the same way that someone might say "she manipulated the block of clay into the form of a dog" or "he manipulated the ball around the pole". I guess "edited" or "modified" are better word choices. So, to rephrase: Because people ask for gig help in "Improve My Gig", it's permissible to include a gig or profile link. It is easier to click a single link, than going to a forum profile and edit the URL so that it goes to the corresponding Fiverr URL. Yes, some users use the 'Website' section of their forum profile correctly, but not everyone does.
