  1. You haven't earned a single dollar, so you meant the UI is beautiful, right?
  2. Most of the sellers are having similar experiences. Not sure what's the exact reason.
  3. Another thing, we know the criteria they are using to calculate Success Score. And we can see tips on each Gig about how to improve. That's a good thing. But we do not know if the metrics are real, cause we cannot see private reviews. If there's any difference in those metrics (like some sellers are having strong negative impact in communication but 100% response rate), Fiverr can just state it as a thing with 'private review' and move on. We would never know!
  4. How to improve our Success Score in 30 day grace period, if you are considering last 2 years of orders to calculate it? Completing a $700 project already gives us only $560, now this. Not sure if it's just me, but I feel so depressed about the updates you rolling out time to time.
  5. As a TRS and a senior developer, I just have to say: most of those services take a copy of what you pasted. 🙂

  7. In the meantime, you can gather source files of your deliveries, as well as Gig images.
  8. Fiverr is trying to normalize 3-4 stars (while almost everyone else trying to be 5 or 10 stars). New clients will think this platform just a waste, because all of past buyers were not impressed by the services here.
  9. Previously, we could suggest clients to that list. But Fiverr decided to remove that feature for some reason.
  10. The buyer decides to place the order, cause he thinks it's "value for money", right? Fiverr should allow them to rate the delivery, instead of asking again about "value for money". Most buyers react to "value for money" part by thinking "if I actually need this thing for my life, or the prices seems too high for minimal style logo designs in the market" etc.
  11. Agreed. One of my buyers extended their review time to more than 45 days by using that feature time to time. Almost every action in Resolution Center needs approval from both buyer and seller. But this extension thing is only buyer-sided. Instead, I would like to suggest something like this: Provide levels to buyers (level 1, level 2, like the sellers). Level 1 buyers can have +2 days extensions, while level 2 buyers can have +3 days extensions. Likewise.
  12. It's fine, you can re-deliver even if the buyer haven't requested "revision" via order page. But when you are re-delivering, you can write something like this in the description. So the buyer (and Fiverr CS) can track of what you provided in each stage. Also, you can send a draft illustration and ask the buyer to make a confirmation, cause you are going to finalizing it.
  13. The new system is not 100% online now. But in UX aspects, I think star rating is so simple and easy to use. Asking questions and automatically converting them into rating is confusing.
  14. It seems a technical problem. Once I had the same kind of issue. Clients couldn't see an option to allow my Gig portfolio images, even I uploaded them correctly. I couldn't get it work.
  15. Your Gig cannot be on the first page forever. Don't get too much pressure, keep doing your good work!
  16. Unlimited. I have seen 350+ active orders in one of my friends account.
  17. Not legit. Report their messages and move on.
  18. I post likes to posts in Fiverr forum, so the authors will be happy all the day! ❤️
  19. This scammer seems very creative. Haha. PS: Fiverr should force to verify a payment method as soon as an account created. Otherwise, there should be a verification system before new users allowing to send messages.
  20. Further: If the scammer asked to contact outside, or having any general form of scamming method, you can also report the conversation using the "Report" button.
  21. Currently, there's no any method to generate a direct link to consultations. You may share your profile link (or Gig link) and ask them to book a consultation. Post this in 'Feedbacks & Suggestion' section, so they will try to implement that option.
  22. There may be issues with your Gigs. Have you tried optimizing them? Promoting will not work unless you are offering a good service for a reasonable price.
