  1. Oh, I must have missed that! Thanks for the heads up. Where can I see that update from the Fiverr team?
  2. I recently had a competitor in my niche make a "spam" order so they could see my order requirements page. They canceled immediately (after about 1 minte) and never sent the order requirements. I was reassured by Fiverr that this wouldn't impact my seller stats since the buyer didn't even fill out the requirements: However, just a couple of days after this canceled order, I am now seeing that Order Cancellations are having a negative impact on my stats. This is simply not possible IMO, as I haven't had a canceled order (before this one) since 2022 and have only ever had 6 canceled orders since joining Fiverr in 2021. Is Fiverr actually counting canceled orders even if they were canceled before filling out the requirements? I don't believe my 6 canceled orders from 2+ years ago are having a negative impact on my stats suddenly after being targeted by a "spam" order. The lack of transparency from Fiverr with their abysmal new rating system makes it hard to know what the hell is going on, as we all know. Is anyone else having a similar issue?
  3. I think this proves that Fiverr doesn't have a UX writing team, or completely ignores their input. It's about as vague and confusing as it gets. I'm actually impressed they managed to make the initial version worse 😂
  4. This is even more confusing and vague than the initial version. From the perspective of a buyer, what does "Value of Delivery" even mean? To some, it could mean "How expensive was this?" To others, it could mean "Did you want to pay less for this?" There are several other interpretations. It's Fiverr's responsibility to make these feedback questions as clear as possible. Instead, you make them even worse. Everyone on the forum has been telling you that the Value for Money metric is extremely subjective, confusing, and irrelevant. Just remove it already.
  5. 100%! My experience with the Fiverr chatbot has been terrible. It can barely give low-quality canned responses, so I have absolutely no faith in their AI system accurately interpreting messages with a buyer.
  6. Since the new level system has been launched I've only had a couple of orders come through, and both were reviewed positively with 5 stars given across all metrics. For some reason my Success Score has now been lowered from 6 to 5 as a result. I don't believe anything else could influence this change, as I've had no other orders and have answered all messages positively, etc. How the hell is Fiverr serious about implementing this ridiculously obscure and arbitrary system? Sellers have no way of knowing what is impacting scores, so how are we supposed to work to improve metrics? It's so demoralizing. I worked very hard and over-delivered on these orders as I was trying to increase my Success Score before the new system goes live on both sides. If positive reviews are lowering my Success Score, I'm probably doomed as a seller on this platform. As are many others. Anyone had similar experiences with a sudden drop in metrics even after positive ratings?
  7. @prof_arehman Yes, the Value For Money metric is extremely flawed. I agree with your take as I've had similar experiences despite being cheaper than competitors and the market rate! I think it was very short-sighted of Fiverr to implement that rating, as it's completely irrelevant if the client paid for your work and accepted your delivery with a good general rating. Frustrating to say the least.
  8. It's completely moronic. If my buyer agrees to pay for my work and is happy with the delivery, then the "value for money" metric is irrelevant. I'm much cheaper than many competitors in my small niche, so getting a low "value for money" rating is quite frankly dishonest and shows that buyers want to pay less, no matter how cheap your service is. One of many reasons to believe that the Fiverr team has no idea how to improve this platform.
  9. I have the same experience. I've been demoted to Level 1 from Level 2. My response rate is 100%, my overall rating is 4.9 (only have three sub-5-star reviews), and I have almost no cancellations or "conflicts" with clients. Absolutely no idea how my gig has a Success Score of just 6. This is very unfair of Fiverr to implement this ridiculous system where high-quality sellers are being categorized as Level 1 or being demoted etc.
  10. Hi guys, This abysmal new system Fiverr has implemented has for some reason demoted me to a Level 1 Seller this morning. I got no notification or explanation from Fiverr. My "Success Score" is low, despite having had no canceled orders, customer complaints, or late deliveries in months. After looking through the details on the Seller Level page, it's flagging "Effective communication", "Client satisfaction", and "Conflict-free orders" as issues. I have no idea how this is possible as I've had only one negative review in the last few months (2.7 stars, but my rating is still 4.9), have a 100% reply rate, and message buyers back very quickly. Not sure what "conflict-free orders" mean, but I very rarely even get asked for revisions, and when I do, clients are very happy with the result. Fiverr always claims to be transparent and honest with sellers, yet does stuff like this all the time. Some of these flagged issues are among my biggest strengths as a seller, and I put a lot of effort into giving buyers a good experience. I over-deliver on every single order, giving people more than what they paid for. I'm honestly tired of all this messing around from this platform. It seems like no matter what you do, Fiverr will find some way to penalize you. I must admit that I've replied to 2 unfair reviews with a rebuttal of the negative comments, essentially calling the buyer out. For example, one buyer claimed my work didn't get him any sales, and left this feedback immediately after delivery. So I said in my reply that there was no way he'd tested the work I gave him and that his review was therefore false. Could this be a contributing factor to this drop in Seller Level? Does anyone have any advice or similar experiences with this new system? Thanks,
  11. I've seen a couple of people express their concerns about this over the last few days, and I finally understand why. For context: I offer copywriting for a very specific niche, and I charge much less than most of my main competitors. I constantly get glowing reviews as I go above and beyond for clients. I just got an overwhelmingly positive review from a fantastic client, whom I gave several extras to for free. The client was very satisfied with the delivery but marked "value for money" at 4 stars. This bumped what would usually be a 5-star review down to 4.7 stars. This new "value for money" metric is so subjective that it simply does not contribute anything of value to the review system. I'm a 4-star in value for money compared to who? Other sellers doing a similar job and charging almost 3x the price? The going market rate for a senior copywriter in my niche that is up to 4x what I charge? Clients want to pay less. Their perception of value for money is extremely subjective and quite frankly irrelevant once they pay for the service and qualify the delivered work as 5-stars in all other aspects. I'm honestly disappointed with how the Fiverr team often rolls out these changes without the necessary nuance and community feedback. Anyone else got any thoughts on this? Would love to hear from other sellers.
