  1. So I have encountered quite an insufferable buyer. I won’t go too much into detail with that. The order has limited revisions. Whenever I’d deliver, the buyer won’t reject the delivery and request for a revision normally, but would send a message for the changes made. I was a bit skeptical as to why they wouldn’t just request for a revision. However, I would just redeliver The buyer keeps on requesting for changes and this buyer would like constantly change their mind on what they want, they’d tell me to make a whole new different illustration (like 3 times) because they didn’t like the initial idea that they had. However, the last delivery I let them know that the order has a limited number of revisions and we’ve gone beyond that, and anymore changes after that will be at a cost. ’Though the buyer hasn’t really been requesting for revisions. Does the buyer still have the right to use the revisions? Also, the order will be marked as autocomplete soon
  2. I use the limit orders option, but when I complete one order, there will always be another order immediately after
  3. Which one is a better option pausing a gig or setting unavailability?
  4. Hi, guys. I need some advice/tips on how you manage your orders to avoid being burn out. Ever since I levelled up, the orders have been a lot. Don’t get me wrong, I am happy that I am gaining a lot of traction. However, Fiverr is a part-time job for me because I am a full-time student. I’d appreciate some tips/advice that can help. Thanks
  5. I won’t reply any more to this topic but SELLERS stop dismissing those who say the BR feature benefited them if it didn’t benefit you. It’s so infuriating, “no a seller this, a seller should do this, a seller…” who are you? The owner of Fiverr? You now speak for everyone? Or because you’re a TRS, because you’re a level 2? NO! There are over a thousand sellers in this platform and many who are successful and I doubt their success story is the same as yours. Stop dismissing other sellers if how they got orders did not fit your criteria of how a seller should get orders in this platform. BR should have never been on Fiverr in the first place if that’s the case. From the get go, you have had strong opinions about BR, yet you were not the sellers who were using this feature frequently. It doesn’t matter if one got their orders organically or whatever. The point is sellers were getting orders and satisfying buyers. There’s proof of BR working for buyers and sellers but you want dismiss that because it was pathetic to you. If a seller is complaining about briefs that’s their experience, and many sellers below level 2 have complained but you want to also dismiss that? “Fiverr is still improving the briefs feature”, it doesn’t matter. If sellers were not complaining about briefs, what would be there to improve. Not every seller will be successful that’s a fact but it’s also a fact that each seller in this platform will never have the same experience with every other seller. They will have their own success story and it does not have to fit your criteria of what being successful is on Fiverr. Stop seeing things in your privilege point of you. Very annoying. Argue with yourself if you want to argue. Just do not dismiss seller complaints and be more understanding.
  6. No harm in proving that theory. You should share too
  7. So new sellers should only earn their success the exact way experienced sellers earned theirs? I always say Fiverr is an evolving platform and a personal experience, but to each their own.
  8. That’s sounds like a good idea. From what I’ve noticed, it’s like some sellers who’ve been here for a while do not want new sellers to have the “easy” route. For clarity, it’s my opinion. I will not argue. You’ll argue alone There’s nothing wrong with that idea. If it is not successful, Fiverr can remove it the way the removed BR.
  9. Sorry, but I 100% disagree with this. I have been a buyer using BR and I’ve also gotten orders from using BR. This exactly disadvantages new sellers Okay, and what was the purpose of BR?
  10. If this is the reason, then BR should have been removed entirely and not replaced with a supposedly better matching service, Briefs. A seller still has to offer/bid when they are matched with a buyer. So I don’t see how briefs fit their business model from that logic. Also, I have noticed whenever this topic comes up about Fiverr not being a bidding market place. BR was never a main feature on Fiverr, but it was a feature to help buyers who couldn’t find what they were looking for when searching for gigs. Other platforms also have the searching gig -whatever it’s called - but it isn’t their main feature.
  11. That’s good for you, but that doesn’t mean what worked for you will work for others. I believe being a Fiverr seller is a personal experience. New sellers liked the buyers request feature and got orders from there. If sellers want to “bid” on a project, that is okay. If they’d like buyers come to them, that is okay too. As long sellers are getting orders and they are satisfying their customers
  12. I’ve been reading through similar threads, and I felt like adding my opinion. In my opinion, I don’t think those who were not affected by the removal of BR and never really took orders from BR should have a say honestly. Some sellers did rely both on organic orders and BR. And saying that one cannot be a great seller if they rely on BR is a really pathetic take. Every seller is different and their journey to succeed will be different and I don’t think each seller should get to the top the same way others did. If buyers requests really helped others, then that’s great. If it didn’t work for you and you didn’t need it, then okay. I benefitted a lot from BR that I would make a ridiculous amount every week, and sending offers everyday is quite hard work if you ask me. And it helped a lot because I was a part time seller unlike others. It’s unfortunate the complete removed buyers request, I thought they would modify it in a way to make it better for the seller and buyer. I’ve said my opinion, and I’ll continue replying with my opinion and I won’t care about yours.
