  2. You can use "Resolution Center" in the order page to cancel the order. Funds will be refunded to the buyer once the order is cancelled. If the order is cancelled, and the buyer still asking for a "refund", forward the case to CS.

  4. Most buyers consult multiple sellers before placing an order. So you cannot convert every message to a sale. But if you are suspicious about those messages, or if they are asking to contact outside, you must report those messages.
  5. Yes, briefs are still available. But there's an AI match-making system (Fiverr Neo), so people are not actively using briefs. I recommend you to optimize your Gigs, as much as possible. Good luck!
  6. If you are using Fiverr mobile app, you should set your status as "Online". It automatically set to "Offline" after a couple of weeks. So make sure to set "Online" on both your desktop browser and mobile app.
  7. Statement of earning document shows the value we received after 20% fee. However, you may notice a little difference in the statement and your analytics page if you bought services on Fiverr, or spent your earnings for seller plus and promotions.

  14. Please keep in mind, the buyer will be able to leave a review (possibly a negative one) after completing the order. Even the buyer can cancel the order via CS, if he have a good point (even after completing). So I recommend you to think about that.
  15. Mine is 24%. 🙂 It’s very hard to increase this value after 20%.
  16. If your order wasn’t completed, you should ask seller for modifications/revisions. If it’s not working, you can open a cancellation request through Fiverr (not Paypal). If the seller provided their Facebook IDs, that’s also against Fiverr terms.
  17. Haven’t found any official article about this new feature so far. I think the Fiverr staff is really busy with the Covid-19 issue. Hoping to check this feature soon after releasing.
