  1. It's not implemented for everyone yet, but at least in my case, I can see it.
  2. I see they are giving the extra exposure through those filters, but removing the filters for any sellers that are not TRS and PRO... that's brutal. I don't have an issue if Fiverr wants to give more exposure to Pro, but what did the other sellers do wrong to have their filters removed? I guess those filters didn't matter anyway because people filter by price, I would imagine 🙂
  3. I decline a lot of work that feels fishy. For example, if a person asks for a quote just based on the word count and they ignore my request to send any requirements first, that's a red flag. If you share an offer for that word count, they might come with extremely complex requests you can't fulfill. And that's just one of the many situations. I have a pretty good inner detector when it comes to red flags, but there are rare times when even that fails me.
  4. Stop with this already, contact Fiverr support only when it's a necessity, this is not. Orders are not active until buyers send the requirements. So I assume the order is inactive. Just so you know, I have a lot of orders from 2020 that are inactive, so the order remains inactive for years if needed, until the buyer will send requirements.
  5. Fiverr has a system called the buyer satisfaction rate. You had a very bad review 2 months ago, and that affects your exposure in search. If buyers are unhappy and they leave a negative private review, that is a problem and this is tracked for 90 to 180 days, which means it will still affect you for quite some time. Avoid any bad reviews, keep buyers happy and your gigs will be in search. Provide a bad experience to your buyers, and that will have a severe impact on your exposure.
  6. Exactly. As soon as I see any buyer saying "it's a rush, I need it like yesterday", those are the ones that leave bad private reviews. They are the buyers that will message you 4 times or more during a day asking if it's done. I will be honest, I don't really like working with that type of buyers because I prefer to not rush and do the best job I can. If you add any type of rush into the mix, it usually never ends well..
  7. I mean, if you're selling something you should already be good at it. You can improve via online courses, local courses, reading books, anything you can.
  8. I had, and you can extend an order if it's late. The thing is, if you extend you will have a new deadline. In case you are late according to the new deadline, you will receive another late delivery penalty. So it is possible to have multiple late delivery penalties on a new order. Which means you are much better off not extending if the order is very late and if you suppose it will take more time. That's true if the buyer is unresponsive. I rarely had issues like that over the years, I managed to improve things and prevent late orders.
  9. Not via the forum. As for your question, there are literally thousands of topics asking for the same thing. Just search the forum..
  10. I can tell you 100% you can. However, that sets a new deadline and if you're not delivering on time according to the new deadline, then you will have another late delivery penalty aside from the previous one.
  11. I don't think it does, but it might make a difference between late and very late.
  12. Fiverr tracks the order completion rate over the past 60 days. So that's why, as a day passes, the tracking timeline changes.
  13. I think you should focus on delivering the best possible service to your customer. The entire platform focuses on something called the "buyer satisfaction rate". If you keep buyers happy, you will rank higher.
  14. Someone from Fiverr said that the service is going to have interruptions or they might even completely remove it for some people. Reason: They are revamping the service as an effort to improve Seller Plus. If I am not mistaken, they said it will take a few weeks, so yeah..
  15. Well that's Pro, right? What's the meaning of a top rated seller then, if not someone that generates a lot of sales and also keeps buyers happy as well. Anyway, I know that unless I increase my prices by a lot, I will never be taken into account for any of those levels. So for me this change for Pro.. it doesn't affect me unless the non-pro sellers get burried in search, that would be game over for a lot of sellers. Then again, they did say they are doubling down on Pro, so I am very curious and frightful about what changes they are going to make.
  16. They want those shiny forum badges. Otherwise there's no rhyme or reason to it.
  17. Those "many people" should get banned because that's against the rules.
  18. It depends, it can be a few hours or even a day, sometimes more. But they will reply to you, it depends on the workload.
  19. I think it's a good idea to ask customer support about this, if you can't see the balance anywhere.
  20. Offer something they are looking for and not the same stuff EVERY seller does.
  21. Don't expect things to change that much. They already said that they want more transparency and canceled gigs need to have a review too. So that won't change most likely, and a lot of sellers won't be happy anyway. Who knows what iteration will we see, but I can only assume it won't be wildly different.
  22. I think they might even remove TRS and shift those profiles to Pro. For example, how is a person that barely has 100 reviews a top rated seller? Yet those with thousands of reviews are not a TRS. So yeah, It would make sense for them to add the current TRS to Pro. Because both of them were handpicked. We will see, I have no idea what they will do, but clearly they want more Pro sellers on the platform since a lot of people are randomly becoming PRO sellers.
  23. Why would you need Cash Advance? Ideally you want to grow your Fiverr business and rely on it. Loans aren't exactly a great option, unless you use them to grow your business. As for why... Fiverr chooses who receives this feature and how many times. Maybe once you got it, you are not eligible.
