  1. So you call us ignorant and expect help? I am sure you don't know what ignorant means Also the reason why your gig was removed is right there. It's something Fiverr doesn't allow on the website. What were you trying to sell?
  2. Well I don't really want to harm others here, as you see from my website I just try to assist and help. And also, last time I reported someone to customer support because they were just self-promoting their business to me (without wanting to hire my services) I received an account warning. So honestly I am very hesitant to report anything, I just mark as spam and move on.
  3. Well I guess I should report a "writer" that uses the image of a Canadian lawyer.
  4. Well I am not as high volume as I once was. The demand for writing services, even content writing has gone downhill this year.
  5. Well an existing buyer on the platform can still place an order without your consent, cancel and kill your gig. Other than that, I agree with your statement my friend, if we are careful we can avoid cancellations. The problem is that without request to order (which is not ideal for many gigs), it's hard to control who randomly purchases your stuff.
  6. Fahim's issue is different than yours. You most likely had some bad private reviews. Fahim on the other hand, he had no orders.
  7. I know. The worst part is that some people will behave nicely in front and very bad with private reviews. I barely had bad reviews the past 6 months, if at all. Yet for some reason my buyer satisfaction rate was quite low, compared to public reviews.
  8. Well you didn't deliver anything within the past 4 months, and many competitors do, so obviously they will be pushed higher in search.
  9. Then that shouldn't be a worry. Always focus on having the best customer satisfaction rate and don't worry about bad reviews. These bad private reviews can appear out of nowhere. As for how much time does a person have, if you go here, https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360049982353-Reviews-and-ratings?segment=buyer, it says this: 1. Why can't I add a review to my order? Both buyers and sellers have up to 14 days to provide a review. After this time frame, there will no longer be an option to provide a review. So people have 14 days to leave a review. It also says this "24 hours after the buyer leaves a public review, the option to leave a private review will become available. You will get an email and a notification on Fiverr letting you know that you have the ability to leave a private review." So if we take that into account, the buyer has a little over 2 weeks to leave a review. Although I will say this, I asked one of my buyers to complete private reviews along with public reviews if possible, as my seller manager mentioned. That buyer orders weekly, and he told me was able to complete 3 private reviews, so that means you can most likely leave a private review to an order that's over 3 weeks old. Not sure if it was a bug that my client encountered, but I thought it's worth mentioning. The thing is, you can't really try and evade a private review. Fiverr sends multiple emails to customers and I think notifications within the platform as well. So they have multiple chances to leave one.
  10. That would mean the conversion rate would matter. For example, I am pretty high in search results and the conversion rate is very low in my case. The fact that I am still high in search means CR doesn't really matter that much, if at all. When Fiverr gives a lot of exposure, you can't control how many people will buy from you. Plus, there are a lot of "give me work" dudes and spammers, so just because you have lots of impressions that doens't mean they are relevant. I wouldn't focus that much on the CR. I just do the best job that I can.
  11. Not really. If he receives a bad review within the next 3-6 months, that means his gigs will still not receive attention. Fiverr wants to see you improve, so getting back in search means little to no bad reviews at all. And yeah, that can take a lot of time.
  12. According to some forum members, this comes back in a few weeks.
  13. It depends on you and if you want to perform the extra work, how much it takes, etc.
  14. You do realize that most people asking about this plan to use an extension to automatically trigger an action so they appear online even if they are not.. No one will stay awake non stop, that's impossible for any human. They are asking just to manipulate the system, if it's to their benefit.
  15. As I said, I had this happen and the review is still on my account. I had someone go to Fiverr behind my back without me asking for that, they requested Fiverr to remove a review and write another one, but as soon as they did that I received an account warning. And that was without me even asking anything. So yeah, as soon as I got that single star, I just took it and moved on. It's not worth it to receive another warning for something. You are reporting it, you are saying that's wrong, and you are manipulating the system basically if you are asking for another review. Reviews are final and they can't be changed. Trying to change them is seen as a manipulation obviously. And that comes from soneone that had the random review thing happen to them. So, if you encounter this, just move on.
  16. It clearly says that feedback manipulation is not allowed, check the terms of service. You are trying to manipulate the feedback that someone left after the order. i actually had the same situation that person did when they had the lowest possible rating and positive text. People randomly leave feedback, which makes me believe some private feedback is also random. I didn't have a bad review for many months, yet I was in the "gutter" for 3 months or so without any clarification of how bad my buyer satisfaction rate is.. Honestly the best approach here is to let Seller Plus subscribers to see their buyer satisfaction rate, at least a score out of 100, so we can understand where we fall and how much we can improve? I for one went overboard with my customer service, extra words, etc, and eventually I started to receive messages from new clients. But we should know when/if the buyer satisfaction rate is going up/down, and showing that via a score out of 100 in Seller Plus would keep buyer privacy, while still helping sellers. That is a must have, in my opinion. Otherwise as a seller you're always in the dark, and constantly nagging your seller manager isn't something I am ok with. I am not that kind of person.
  17. Cheat the system and you will get banned. DON'T USE ANY TOOLS LIKE THAT. I have been here for 10 years at this point. I don't stay online on Fiverr more than maybe a few hours a day, and that's because I am actually working on stuff when I am online. You will not receive more orders or access clients faster if you are online. It's a stupid myth that sellers without orders concocted in order to waste other people's time. Work on your skills, create new gigs, and stop worrying about staying online. You will see that the most successful sellers are barely online.
  18. How can that give you orders? I swear people just see this, copy it and think it works. IT NEVER DOES. It's like staring at a wall and hoping that wall will give you money. It doesn't.
  19. Hello Abdhesh So I have to be brutally honest here, as I explain. As you know Fiverr has a system called the buyer satisfaction rate and bad private buyer reviews will derank you quite a lot. This BSR is tracked over the past 3-6 months. And during these past few months you had around 6 bad reviews, if not more. Those most likely came with a bad private review, so that alone is a problem. You have to try and obtain a lot of great reviews to try and circumvent the damage done by those bad reviews. I only had a single bad review this year and maybe someone left a bad private review for another order, but it took me more than 3 months to start getting new messages often and orders from new clients. So yeah, you have to avoid bad reviews at all costs. Otherwise your gigs will be dead for months...
  20. The same thing happened to me around New Year's, 7 months ago. The buyer just randomly left that review with a positive message. If you go to customer support to report this, you lose your account or receive an account warning. Just let it go and move on. That's what I did. And maybe block the buyer, clearly they don't care about your ratings or how they score gigs, so they are a liability.
  21. Fiverr has a system called the buyer satisfaction rate. Even if someone rates you very well publicly, the private reviews can be wildly different. Not to mention some people leave reviews at random, just check this guy. Then there's also the fact that Fiverr gives all gigs a push, but eventually they give a push to others. So yeah, as long as you continue doing good work you will get back in front. That being said, don't expect to always be in the first search results. You can't, no matter how good you are, Fiverr still rotates gigs, and other people's performance will sometimes surpass you. Maybe you had 10 orders with great private reviews within the past month, if someone had the same performance but 20 or 60 orders, they will surpass you.
  22. I agree, it shouldn't be free. Fiverr offers extra features for a price, and honestly those prices are fine if you want extra stuff. If not, then you use what's already available.
  23. Even if they track some things, they can't track everything and there will be people to take advantage of that. The reason why I am saying this is because I am sure some maleficent sellers will try to harm competitors this way. And they can do genuine harm to a person's income for months, while also getting their money back. This is the only reason why I think this the cancellation reviews are bad. Sure, they are offering transparency, but they also open a can of worms for people that want to harm someone else's account willingly.
  24. Fiverr decided to add a minimum price of $80 for that category because no one in their right mind should buy a $5 website. And a lot of desperate sellers were offering that. Obviously the quality was extremely low. The thing is, you can charge way more than that, but you need samples and experience to back up that price. Fiverr focuses on professionalism and keeping buyers happy. So you may want to focus on understanding your audience and making sure they are extremely happy with your results.
