  1. Not sure what professional that is... but Seller Plus won't increase sales, response rates or anything like that. It's a service where you get to connect with someon working at Fiverr and they can share tips on how to improve your gig. There are some extra things like being able to withdraw money quicker or instantly for a fee. But don't expect this to generate sales for you since it won't do that.
  2. I see. It's clear that regardless of what messages you receive, you must reply to them (Unless Fiverr removes the capability due to Spam). Good to know!
  3. What gigs are you trying to add here? Maybe there's a reason why your gigs are not accepted.
  4. It's ok to edit once, obviously Fiverr understands that sometimes services will change. But avoid editing too often. You will see that gigs are removed from search after you edit them, even if it's for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Well Seller Plus doesn't bring you orders, if that's what you thought it would. It's a program with extra features for sellers and guidance from the Fiverr team. So..
  6. As your level increases, you start competing with people that have the same level. When you were a new seller you had a boost from Fiverr, now you don't. And it will be even more challenging once you reach level 2.
  7. I will say what others will most likely say too. If you're an expert in generating leads and you are complaining about a lack of work, something is wrong. If you're a digital marketing expert, everyone will assume that you know how to promote yourself. The fact there are no orders or reviews is a red flag for potential buyers.
  8. Well that's related to movies and entertainment. I doubt a lot or any writers here on Fiverr are a part of that organization. But either way, AI has already impacted writers and it will get worse. But as always, quality writers will alwasy prevail.
  9. Well I can tell you for a fact that artists, writers are the most affected. Voiceover people too. Everyone is seeing a consistent drop in sales, especially since January-March.
  10. Most likely it's due to private ratings. People might leave a great public review because they feel they should do that, however with these private reviews they tend to speak the truth and say how they really feel. The main issue is that first time buyer private reviews are even more important, to the point where a bad private review from them will burry your gig for months if you don't have a ton of orders. The only thing you can do is to either invest in Promoted Gigs hoping it gives you some orders, and ensure you go overboard to keep clients happy. You can also bring off-platform clients to Fiverr, in an effort to try and acquire better reviews. Also, you're dismissing AI. The rise of AI killed a lot of Fiverr businesses, and it crippled thousands, including mine. Experience matters, true, but at the end of the day people are going toward less expensive options and AI is certainly such a thing..

  13. Obviously you need great reviews from new clients and that rating will eventually go up. Aside from promoting your gigs and trying to connect with clients, while also ensuring they are happy with your work, there's not a whole lot to do.
  14. Most likely someone left you a bad private reviews. Buyers can also leave reviews privately and those can vary a LOT from what they said publicly. These hurt your buyer satisfaction rate that's covered anywhere from 90 to 180 days. So what you can do.. maintain the best possible service, offer assistance, support, anything that you can. Other than that, there's nothing you can do. The truth is, if a buyer rates you poorly in private reviews, that has a MAJOR impact on your profile. And unfortunately for us as sellers, there's nothing we can do other than provide the best possible service to every client.
  15. Yes, you have to reply and show the order was received. I always do that anyway so for me it wasn't an issue. Until I didn't do this a few times and it dropped to 99% out of nowhere. So yeah, this is what you have to do, reply to all messages and also check the Spam folder in case an unanswered message goes through.
  16. You can and you should. Even my success manager from Fiverr told me that. What you can't do is tell them HOW to review you. But if you encourage them to leave a review, that's fine and within the rules.
  17. Well I think I speak for a lot of people.. March to June was very rough. Having more focus on first time buyers really messed up things for a lot of people. But it is what it is. There are 2 more quarters so hoping for the best 🙂
  18. And aside from that, setting the right brief pricing. If you set it at $5, you will rarely receive any brief because a LOT of people have that $5 pricing. I found that higher pricing will give you better results.
  19. Don't expect to surpass others just because you completed a single order. Keep it up, show great results and Fiverr will present you to more buyers. But don't work on orders just expecting to rank, because that's not how it works. Fiverr has a system called the buyer satisfaction rate and if you have unhappy buyers and the BSR drops, you will be pushed back in search.
  20. I was going to say what @smartdezigns said. You have some reviews that most likely had a bad private review attached to them. If that's the case, Fiverr pushes you back.
  21. And that's the thing, Filip. A lot of people come to Fiverr expecting to earn right away and thinking they receive orders on the spot. I had a "dude" message me just to insult me because I am bringing the market down with my prices. I checked and a few minutes after that he created a very low standard gig for writing. He had extremely bad grammar, the description was just a line pretty much saying give me your money. There are a lot of people with unreasonable expectations here that think they will earn a LOT of money with ease. Obviously that's not the case. A proper freelancer studies the competition, analyzes and sees the right type of service they can offer. It's the same for every niche. Unfortunately most new sellers don't do that, they expect lots of orders fast and then they come to the forum disappointed they are not getting orders.
  22. Are these items you made for a client and they paid for? Or they are samples made from scratch by you?
  23. That's the problem, cancellations show buyers are dissatisfied and Fiverr pushes you back in search for that. You can't have more than one Fiverr account. Even if you delete this one, you need permission from Fiverr to create a new one. Also you can't have the same email or Payoneer ID either. Obviously a new account suggests you are a new person, so they don't accept existing Payoneer or emails, otherwise the same people would create dozens of accounts. Fiverr tracks cancellations only for the last 60 days, so eventually those cancellations won't affect your stats.
  24. I am sure a lot of people did. Some of them are not here anymore. It depends on what you did man. If it was a severe TOS breach, then it's possible to lose the account. It doesn't matter what happened to others, every situation is different.
  25. Enter your gigs and see what you can change. I had this appear as well and there were just some category changes that didn't impact me, there were no changes required. See what changed in your category by visiting your gigs and edit them. If there's a new option or feature you will see it.
