  1. Clearly both of you didn't read the terms of service. You are not allowed to have more than ONE ACCOUNT. PERIOD. If you create more than one account, you will get banned. Don't create more than one account. As for the OP, you can sell a variety of things, writing, development, career advice, even stuff in the AI category from the same account. If you have the knowledge and expertise to sell a variety of things, do it. Don't create a new account, because you WILL get banned.
  2. I don't think that review thing is still active or available, because whenever I had a bad review it did affect my stats. Considering they are lowering review scores left and right, not to mention we will have a review score taking into account orders from years ago.. I highly doubt they will keep that, if it's still something valid.
  3. Most likely you won't. And obviously if they are taking into account every review with the new success score, even those from years ago, you can only imagine this rule is not valid anymore. But do ask the SM and let us know, please.
  4. I can't find where it was said, but yeah, it was said that all reviews are taken into account, so one can assume even 10 year old orders will have some impact. Granted, to a much lesser extent.
  5. As Fiverr said, they want excellent work to shine. The solution is to not have everyone level 2, with 5 stars. Which tends to be the case for most active sellers on the platform. I get it, we are all perfectionists and we want the best possible ratings. But the truth is that it won't always happen. I understand the reason for these changes, and while I agree with some, I also dislike a few as well. Yet it's not my platform, I just work here, and I will adapt to these changes. Also, some people might actually want to give you 4 stars in some areas.
  6. If you think those are bad, look at what I got a year ago. I moved on, clearly it was a mistake, he even apologized. I didn't go to customer support, I just left it there. Anyone with a brain sees it's a mistake so.. why bother getting an account warning? Even if the situation is warranted, it was clearly a mistake and not just a single star error. He was a repeat buyer, but since that mistake he never came back, I assume he was sorry and didn't want to mess things up again.
  7. Search your gig titles and you will see thousands of gigs that are identical to yours. The problem is that you're offering identical services to others on a saturated market. Don't offer exactly what others already sell, try to stand out with new ideas. Maybe niche down on a specific type of website.
  8. Maybe their gigs are very old. Or they had another gig and changed it to what they are selling now. I recommend checking the terms of service and you will see there in black and white what to do and what not to do.
  9. Welcome to my world. Yes, a lot of buyers rush before when they write a review. And this review system clearly showcases that better than ever before. Don't go to customer support, you will receive a warning. Don't text the buyer, don't ask anything related to the review or you can get in trouble. 4.7 is not the end of the world. It's fine, and maybe they come back. The focus is on delivering the best work, so yeah, just move on. I had the same thing happen yesterday, and I went well overboard for that client. They liked my work a lot, said it was excellent, but I got less value for money than expected. And it's fine, everyone on the platform is getting these new ratings. As long as we don't lose our seller level and people leave a positive written review, that's what matters. I think this review system shows that everyone wants to have perfect gig scores. And the truth is that while some might have perfect scores, a lot of people selling of Fiverr only have 5 stars. As a buyer, how can you choose a great seller if everyone has 5 stars? Some sellers curate their reviews and some don't, so there's a major difference. Yet everyone had the same score. That's unfair..
  10. The system is working as intended. It's meant to lower gig scores and it does wonders in that regard. As Kesha said, they can still leave 5 stars if they want. I think this transition period is when people get accustomed to the new review system. A lot of buyers just mark every checkbox, including the bad ones like things to improve. And you have to realize that every buyer can see what review score they leave upon publishing their review. That means they either rush to complete the review, they misunderstand something or they actually agree with the score they are leaving..
  11. Hey I suggest instead of being all ears, be all eyes and search the forum for gig advice. There are a TON of topics that can help you.
  12. Just because someone has NSFW content, that doesn't mean it's allowed. They were not caught or reported YET. Fiverr is quite strict when it comes to graphic, NSFW content. I encourage you to read the terms of service and see for yourself. Read the TOS and then you can see WHY Fiverr doesn't allow you to create such a gig.
  13. Well that's the purpose, to have AI flag stuff, and humans should check it. Realistically, Fiverr doesn't have the manpower to check every gig and every person's background or knowledge. So, AI does some of that stuff, and their staff check everything that's flagged. It's way less work. But I do agree that it should just flag the account for their stuff to see, not to automatically stop the account.
  14. Some questions are answered hundreds or thousands of times. If you just search for clicks and impressions alone, there are 8000+ topics just like this. Why don't you search those, read them and also search for other tips on the platform. Then you come back if you have any other questions. You can't expect success and a solution to your issues without doing the work yourself and researching.
  15. Congrats for your success man. From my experience, I will say that after being a TRS for around 4 years, it's just a level that you can easily lose if you're sick, or if things don't go your way in a month. Because just like level 2 sellers, you have to stick to a very specific rating, especially with the new review system and level updates. If you fall under a 4.7 average, you lose the TRS level, and I can tell you for a fact that it's very difficult to get it back if you lost it, if not impossible in most cases. Also, you can obtain almost the same TRS benefits if you are a Seller Plus member. That means faster support reply times when possible, along with a 7-day clearance for your funds. So what you're fighting for is a badge, basically, if you want to be a TRS. My advice: Focus on delivering the best work to your clients. Try to talk about projects beforehand, so you know what every project entails, and you can avoid unnecessary cancellations or unhappy customers. Also, focus on the important things, like delivering on time, trying to not cancel stuff, and of course, doing the best customer support you can.
  16. Enter your seller dashboard Choose My Business/Gigs Press the green "Create a New Gig" button Complete the fields accordingly with your gig's information. Publish your gig.
  17. You don't have to be active. It doesn't matter if you are online or not.
  18. Considering that a lot of buyers leave reviews randomly, I can see that. I had an order where the customer was happy, but he left me a single star for everything. We'll see what scores each person will have, it's quite interesting.
  19. Alex, I highly doubt he will enjoy everything. I for one... I am quite interested to see what success scores we will all have. The fact that they will take EVERY review into account, even those left by mistakes or reviews from canceled orders.. that sounds very bad for people that were active on the platform for years, maybe more than a decade. But we will see. I am certainly thinking about stopping some gigs and rethinking what I want to offer, because I have some dormant gigs that.. I am sure.. will have more of a negative impact on the success score.
  20. I am not sure what updates you see that make it easier to become a top rated seller. The new review system will drag your review score down, and becoming a top rated seller, not to mention staying one is going to be very very difficult. And we don't even know how complex and challenging the new leveling system is.. from what I saw it's not going to be very easy to retain your level, let alone become a TRS. Pro sellers.. they don't even accept pro sellers for the time being.
  21. I have no idea because I work alone, so I didn't dig deep into the agencies feature. Because it's not applying to me. I guess you can apply and see for yourself.
  22. Create unique services. I checked one of your gig titles, design wix landing page with wix builder. It has over 50000 results. How do you expect to stand out with few to no sales, when you have a gig title identical to other people....
  23. I think the focus is on stock holders, the board.. some ideas are presented to them and they are the ones choosing what to implement and what not to implement. Honestly, when you add a review system, you can listen to sellers, but their opinions will be heavily biased. Would sellers agree/encourage the site to add a review system meant to lower review scores? Obviously not. It was clear Fiverr is heading in this direction since they added those reviews for canceled orders. I assume that didn't lower review scores that much if at all. I check sellers on the site often and few sellers actually have reviews for canceled orders. So there are fewer cancellations, but also that system didn't work. Wait until the leveling system in 2 weeks, where even bad reviews from 10 years ago will have an impact. It's the entire account history.
  24. You never do that. The order is not complete, don't mark it as complete. Let the seller deal with the penalties, if you don't want to extend. There's always the option to extend delivery times. As far as I can see, the seller will either be dealing with a warning or their account will be closed. In the future, remember to avoid marking as complete, if the order is not complete. If a seller asks you to do this, they are breaking the Fiverr rules, and they might also be a scammer.
