  1. Hi colleagues ! I was due to become a top seller on 14th Feb. It happens that I met all criteria. Then the new rules were introduced, I had to wait until 14th March to be promoted 🙂 Today, on 15th March, no promotion. Level 2 it is. I'm not in the rush, but I was casually wondering if anyone knows what is going on? Other than that, I hope you all are doing great!
  2. Update: so, the client, as expected, did not reply nor did accept the extension of delivery, as a result, I was about to be late. In the end, I simply delivered again the same file, status changed to "delivered". More soon I guess.
  3. Hi there, I have a client who placed an order with me, and the delivery was made on time. However, the validation process is taking longer than expected. Just a few hours before the automatic validation, the client utilized the 'request revision' feature to communicate with me, indicating that they couldn't obtain approval from their supervisor and would do so later. Consequently, Fiverr immediately marked the delivery as 'late.' I explained to the client that they would need to accept an extension of the delivery time, although this would negatively impact my statistics. While the client seems entirely satisfied with the delivery, they are awaiting approval from their superior. Meanwhile, Fiverr indicates in my statistics that the order is under revision but elsewhere in the site indicates that the delivery has been rejected. I have just submitted an additional extension request to the client, assuming that this client will take time to get my initial order approved (which was never intended to be a revision). How do you handle such situations?
  4. Oh I see. So, my current score is the big one, I was juts a bit confused. Thanks !!
  5. Yes ! I have the same issue. 99% of the clients who rated me gave me 5 stars on all 3 criteria. Just one (for some reason) gave me 5,5 and 4.5 As a result my overall current status is 4.6 I don't know where os the magic here As for my success score, it is 7 No idea tbh.
  6. I wanted to share my Fiverr experience and statistics with you. To date, I have completed 154 orders, ranging from as little as $5 when I initially started to as much as $350. Reflecting on my journey, I am considering adjusting my pricing as I now charge $15 for a basic gig. All my ratings have been consistently 5 stars, except for one inexplicable instance where I received a 4.5-star rating. Despite encountering a few rude clients, I've maintained a calm and professional demeanor, choosing to ignore negativity. Dealing with two significant scams prompted me to reach out to Customer Service, turning a challenging situation into a positive experience. I prioritize treating my customers like royalty, ensuring fast and professional delivery. I provide multiple takes for them -at no extra cost- to choose from, and in the rare case of a real problem (which has been infrequent), I offer a free re-delivery. Striving for total satisfaction is my goal, acknowledging that the Voiceover business may make achieving this somewhat easier. I've cultivated a base of loyal returning clients from my early days, and while I could increase my rates now with them, I prefer to honor my initial promise. These clients have played a crucial role in my journey to becoming a top-rated seller. However, for future clients, I'm uncertain if raising my prices will make a significant difference in the future. Over time, I've observed that each time I update my gig—even for minor text details—I experience a -pretty significant- decline in visibility. While I don't consider myself highly visible, I recognize that I'm not alone in this competitive industry, so we may need to share visibility, I see no other option 🙂 I have a desire to collaborate with fellow professionals, especially in projects involving multiple languages. It would be beneficial if Fiverr could facilitate such partnerships, allowing individuals to accept offers collectively and share revenues. One colleague would record English, another one German, and I could do the French for exemple. On a lighter note, some clients have mistaken my work for AI-generated content. In one instance, an explainer audio I provided was rejected on a platform, falsely identified as AI. To counter this perception, when it comes to suspicions, I now deliver both the clean and unedited versions of the file, allowing clients to hear the human touch of my work (AI don't breath). In summary, my Fiverr experience has been overwhelmingly positive, thanks to fantastic customers. Whether I should increase my prices upon reaching top-seller status remains uncertain. I'd appreciate any insights or suggestions you might have. https://fr.fiverr.com/s/AXkygB
  7. No the order has not been canceled (I mean, in my stats), in my earnings it is "compensation" handled by Customer Support.
  8. I wanted to give an update. In the end Customer service gave me the money back, so all good !
  9. Hello community, I wanted to tell you about a sad experience this weekend.A client ordered a voice-over which I produced, as always professionally and in record time. It was delivered. He immediately refused the delivery, claiming that my voice was a computer-generated voice, which is totally false. So I refused...his refusal. He escalated the incident to Fiverr customer service, who agreed with him and cancelled the order (which, again, was already delivered)The result? He has placed an order, received the file, he will undoubtedly use my delivery, and has not paid for my service. How can Fiverr agree with this type of scammer without even consulting me or asking for clarifications? He threatened to write very negative reviews and has just renewed his threats, even after obtaining satisfaction from customer service. My customers are all satisfied with my work and I always respect them, it is my first negative experience, but I have to admit that this experience leaves me wondering.
  10. Seems like in was possible in the past with a "+ add translation" option, but I can't find this.
  11. Thanks, I thought about it. My account is in French, Profile in French, the domain is fr.fiverr.com. Still, When I want to create another gig, in the description of the service, it starts by saying "I will"...etc. So, I don't see how I can select another language while creating another gig.
  12. Hi there, I record voice-over in French. My gig is in English, how can I translate the gig into French, so I am more visible on the French market? Can I create the same gig in French? Any idea welcome!
  13. Many thanks Kevin, I've sent a request! Cheers
  14. Hi there, I would like to edit the country of origin in my country (or the country listed in my profile) but unfortunately I can't find that option. How to proceed ? Many thanks, best
