  1. I mean, Seller Plus is more than just the success manager. As you can see you have faster payments, priority support with under 5 hours response time, faster withdrawals, analytics, etc. I was one of the early adopters and got it at $19, so for me it feels well worth it. And mind you, I don't even talk with the success manager that much if at all. But you can contact them via video chat or email. I don't know about calling, I assume that's not the case 🙂
  2. I was TRS for around 4 years and then due to health issues I lost it in 2019. I never got it back and most likely never will. So.. just come to peace with the idea that it won't ever come back and you will be fine. You might get it back at some point, or maybe never, in the end you should just focus on delivering the best results to your clients. Also, the TRS benefits are mostly found in the Seller Plus program so.. aside from the badge I don't see any specific benefits myself. I also came to terms that once lost, that badge might never come back.
  3. As far as I can see there is a problem and your performance was not the best when compared to any competitors. Also, don't rely just on Promoted Gigs for sales. It's important to ensure that you optimize your gigs and they reach your customers naturally. Because whenever your performance is lowered, Promoted Gigs eligibility might be removed.
  4. Impressions don't matter. Clicks matter, people that actively click on your gig. Impressions are just people seeing you in a larger list of gigs and moving away from it. Sure, it shows that your gig is in search results, but there's no value aside from that.
  5. There's no ranking on Fiverr. Staying active 24 hours is not going to give you any sales. Just because people see you are online that doesn't mean they will buy from you. That also means you are using some sort of tool to break the Fiverr system and manipulate it to appear online, as no one can stay awake 24 hours a day every day. So it can lead to a ban and various other issues.
  6. Buyer requests will be removed soon and it will be replaced by a new feature. Staying online means nothing. It's just like sitting in front of the Apple Store 24/7 waiting for the vendors to give you an iPhone for free. THEY WON'T. Staying online won't help you gain orders, it will just waste your time. Invest in yourself and your knowledge, become the best at what you do and experiment with your gigs to seem what works.
  7. It's not an update. Just an email sent to some/most/all (hard to know) Seller Plus members that have an active subscription, informing them that a new tier is coming and they receive an automatic update to the new tier for free.
  8. It's not a fixed science, sometimes it takes more, other times less. Wait for a few more days and if it still doesn't clear, go to customer support.
  9. If the file seems suspicious, don't open it. This file might very well have viruses and malware. If it sounds too good to be true, then that's most likely the case.
  10. Unfortunately no. The review is final. If he goes to customer support without telling you, then you will be penalized (I had that happen to me, and I got an account warning). If you ask customer support to remove the review, then you will receive an account warning. So, you will deal with consequences if you even talk about the review and then go to customer support. The best thing you can do right now is learn from the experience and move on. I had a 3.3 star review recently saying that my content was great, but he wanted more depth, stuff that he asked for after reviewing the order. The customer ended up very happy and said he would come back, but his review is final, even if it's not what he believes in the end. I suggest you are very clear when it comes to customer expectations and when they can see results. That will prevent any bad review in the future.
  11. It's a blocked person that still had the ability to place orders. Customer support confirmed the blocking system is broken and they are working on it. I specifically told the person I can't help anymore with that topic, so they stopped.. for now I guess :)))
  12. I expected them to not say much, pretty sure the tiers are in development. I think it will be launched within the next few months, until the end of 2022. Maybe faster, who knows.
  13. Thankfully for me I like variety when it comes to games. So I rarely play the same game every day/week. I like to change things a bit, right now I am playing the Spider-Man Remaster on PC and it's really good, I enjoy it. I dislike the fact that they release these without a PC version, but I guess they arrive on PC eventually...
  14. I guess I am too old for League of Legends, I never got into any MOBA. I think it's for the best, if you say it owns your soul :)))) lol
  15. I assumed the difference is just the success manager. I am curious what the price difference would be here...
  16. Well I only have a Switch and not the older consoles so... Most likely I should wait for the new ones. Might as well, right? I could get Arcaeus but I heard it's very different and not the ideal first game.
  17. In Europe the second hand market for Switch games is not worth it. Generally they are close to the regular price, and I usually prefer digital. I have BOTW, Mario Kart and most of the best titles, no Pokemon though, I never played Pokemon...
  18. That's the thing, it won't be $30. I think the success manager thing will remain the same price and they add a cheaper tier for onboarding more users.
  19. I saw that, I am a new Switch owner since July so I didn't even play the first one yet. However, I will try to finish until the new one comes out. I guess I still have 8-9 months 🙂
  20. Well they promised that price will be there forever. But now with them splitting this in two.. who knows. Well I would ditch the success manager thing and just upgrade once in a while when I really need it. I wouldn't pay monthly for it because I don't use it monthly, if at all. But that's just me I guess.
  21. Well those first 200 people that joined the program and which were promised a lower price should be safe, at least for a while. After all, we are early adopters 😄 Oh, a 2-3 day clearance or instant clearance would be amazing. But who knows...
  22. If they have 3 packages, then that would be too much. I can see a Standard and Premium, with the premium having access to the success managers and early access to some new features. That would be a good idea. However, that also means they should add new features more often in order for early access to make sense. It will be ok even with just the success manager access for Premium. Since many of us are early adopters here anyway, it won't change the price so it's ok. But I understand they want more sellers on board, so if less features for a lower price entices them to join the program, sure. I still expect a lot of sellers to say this is how they rank higher :))))) Because you know they will do so :))
  23. Oh, I 100% agree with that. It's about giving access to some of the tools for a cheaper price, so more sellers onboard this program quickly. I am not sure how much it will cost when it comes to Standard. I was lucky enough to get this at the $19 price for the first 200 people. I can only assume it will be $30 for Premium and $20 for Standard, that would make sense.
  24. As I said, I think the ability to have a success manager will cost extra. The other features will most likely remain the same and they will add more. I can also see the Premium users having early access a few weeks or months to newer features, then the less expensive tier gets them.
  25. I think what they want to do is to give you the features without a success manager. They can make it optional, to be honest I use it for the other features, barely talked with the success manager 2 times and I had this since the beginning.
