  1. The price increased to $39 and there are 2 tiers, that one and the $19 one.
  2. You can change prices at any given time. That's all up to you. After all, you are the only one that knows how much value you offer to customers and if they are happy with your work. But you can expect less orders as you increase prices, that's natural.
  3. Your buyer satisfaction rate and order volume is most likely lower than a lot of other competitors.
  4. Which makes it useless. Because a lot of buyers, whenever they see a message from you, they will think you're online and start bombarding you with messages. Not everyone, sure, but many won't know it's an automated message. And the fact that you still have to reply to maintain the response rate.. I just don't see the usefulness for most people. Sure, it will be great for some people that have a very specific set of guidelines when ordering, and they can share that with a potential customer before they initiate an order. Otherwise.. you just reply when you're back.
  5. Then why wouldn't the buyer just use AI tools themselves and not use a third party..
  6. You can't have more than a Fiverr account.
  7. https://www.fiverr.com/levels The Top Rated Seller level is the highest status you can achieve on Fiverr and is a recognition for all your hard work. Our editorial team manually reviews your performance for the previous 60 days and awards you this level when you meet the following requirements: Be an active seller for at least 180 days Complete at least 100 orders (all time) Earn $20,000 or more Maintain a 4.7-star rating over 60 days Deliver a 90% response rate score over 60 days Score a 90% order completion rate over 60 days Achieve a 90% on-time delivery score over 60 days Receive no warnings over 30 days The idea is, it's all manual so even if you meet those requirements, it might take years to get TRS or you will not get it at all. I was TRS, lost it due to health issues and cancellations, and never got it back, it's been 5 years since then.
  8. Well, even if you earn 20k that doesn't mean you become a top rated seller. Fiverr chooses top rated sellers manually, and there are a lot of things they take into account. Most people will never become a top rated seller even if they meet the requirements.
  9. They said I was violating Pinterest terms by offering repins. Read the terms of service of Pinterest and see what they allow and what they don't.
  10. If you say this, the message automatically gets flagged. Don't ever say anything like this, or mention terms like payment. These will automatically flag your message and Fiverr will have to check it.
  11. Well they did provide more details about what can get people banned, so I think it's a great idea to send this notification to everyone. But as others said, we will continue to see "I don't know why they banned me" posts.
  12. It prevents all orders which is a problem. I can't use it on my main gig, since it's more of a volume focused gig rather than a very expensive, low volume gig (where this feature makes the most sense). They still need to allow any seller to stop gig multiples.
  13. So, did you verify your account when Fiverr asked you to? Did you try to use multiple Pay Pal or Payoneer accounts? These can be things that lead to issues.
  14. Everyone sees your gig in a different spot, so there's no such thing as a gig rank. Gigs are shown according to the buyer's interest and what filters they use.. Editing your gig shouldn't be of any issue, but it can get removed from search for a little bit. I never encountered any issues upon editing my gigs, but then again I don't monitor my gig locations every day. I suggest you do the same 🙂
  15. That's great! I think the negative impact appears for people that have a cheaper price and more volume. Obviously that will affect them quite a bit, but even then it does have its merits since you can stop people from ordering only a single day a week, etc. I use that feature on one of my gigs where I want more control, and I can't say it did anything bad. People that are interested still drop me a message before ordering, so yeah, I can say I am happy with the way it worked.
  16. Nah. I had a person that self-promoted his own service that was outside of Fiverr via the inbox. I obviously reported that and guess what, Fiverr sent me a warning because of that, since they said I misused the report button. I went to customer support and eventually they removed the warning, but it was a drag. So you can't just report anything or anyone unless you are 1000% sure they are doing something wrong. Otherwise you are shooting yourself in the foot, so to speak.
  17. No. The username is final. That's why you have to think quite a bit to find the right username, so you won't regret it later.
  18. If it's a gray area you avoid it. But why would people come to Fiverr to work with someone that uses templates when they can use those on their own? They come here from original work. Maybe your account survives this, and you should know that if you want to sell stuff, make sure it's yours and not created by others.
  19. True, but that's not 100% YOUR work. When people see a sample, they automatically assume that everything is created by you. So, most likely someone reported you that you are using a template as a sample.
  20. This is not something that customer support can help with. Fiverr is clearly working on adding new features, and every month or every couple of months the evaluation date is not updated right away. Sometimes it's happening until the 20th. Since you're a level 2 seller, there's no benefit of watching that, because you won't receive any new level, untill Fiverr decides to make you a top rated seller, in which case you were already picked and you received a message. If not, contacting customer support would, just as @catwritersaid, clog the service and push more important, urgent queries. Because you're not the only person asking this, that's for sure. Some of these things are obvious and there's no need for assistance from customer support. It's like those people going to customer supportasking why they have no orders....
  21. They get paid to solve issues that sellers have. It's clear that you are not demoted if you still have your level, and as long as you met the requirements on the 15th at the time of your evaluation, it's all good. There are times when Fiverr will take up to a week to update the current evaluation date. That doesn't mean there's an issue. It can happen every month. I guess you just want to be level 2, once you get there you won't have to worry about anything else other than keeping your account, since becoming a TRS is out of your control.
  22. We've known about this for a while https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/297160-video-consultation-service/#comment-1873633
  23. Sure, let's waste customer support time. It's normal, sometimes it takes 2-3 days, up to the 18th or even the 20th for evaluation to kick in. That doesn't mean it's an issue. Clearly it was delayed for everyone.
  24. Well it's advertised as a part of Seller Plus Premium. Maybe you have it as a test, so it might go away. This is a paid feature 🙂
  25. Hello It's a good idea to search the forum, there are THOUSANDS of posts on this topic. Also a bit of a side note, if you're a digital marketing expert as you say on your page, it doesn't sit that well to ask this type of questions. Because a lot of people will automatically think you don't have any digital marketing skills. After all, people will hire you to promote their stuff and see results. But how can you offer such a service if you're unable to make yourself stand out? I recommend searching the forum for similar topics, many of my forum colleagues have already shared some insights. But don't expect everything to work for you, so go with trial and error, see what works and what doesn't, experiment and improve.
