  1. As a Pro seller you will have a minimal pricepoint and you can't go under that, I think it's $70, it might be more now. So Pro gigs can't be under that price. But if you are TRS, I think you can open a gig that's under the $70 price, however you may have to check with your success manager on that. But I did see a multitude of Pro sellers that have TRS gigs which are $30 or so.
  2. No one knows how the algorithm works. We can only assume based on the info we know and how things evolve. Instead of catering to an algorithm, try to cater to your clients and their needs.
  3. That's not true. The thing is, you can have as many gigs as you want within the same category. Fiverr's rules don't allow you to have gig duplicates, so you are not allowed to sell the same thing via multiple gigs. For example, as a writer I have my SEO writing gig, I can't have the same gig duplicated. However, I can sell app descriptions, website content, technical writing gigs and so on. So you can have multiple gigs in the same category, just not the same gig copied over and over because that will raise a red flag eventually and all gigs might be removed.
  4. Well as long as you don't cancel a lot of orders or deliver late, there's nothing to worry about.
  5. Then we are doomed 🙂 On the other hand, buyers can initiate a conversation and they automatically see who is at least fluent in English.. I am still baffled by the number of "writers" that contact me every day for work, but they have basic grammar mistakes..
  6. Fiverr should definitely consider English language knowledge testing for new sellers.. Some of the posts here really make me scratch my brain.....
  7. You get the ability to showcase course completion on your Fiverr profile. As far as I know that's the only "certification" you get. I don't think you receive a PDF certificate.
  8. Well it does seem they asked for some stuff last July and you just provided it in February... Maybe that triggered the checkup.
  9. Yes, it appears on your profile. If you reply to that review, it appears right away. If you don't reply, it will appear after 10 days. But it will always appear, no matter the situation. Even if the order was canceled, the review still appears.
  10. Why? The payment has already entered Payoneer's system and it's not clearing there. It's not a Fiverr issue.
  11. Why would you do assignments for students? That's just wrong. Let them learn on their own. Plus, you are responsible for their future if you do all kinds of academic work in their name. So you can see why Fiverr doesn't allow this.
  12. Well the same thing happens here. It seems that a lot of people are focused on just browsing and gathering info, but not actually ordering.
  13. Everyone sees gig results differently, so just because you saw yourself ranked on the first page, that doesn't mean everyone sees the same results. Also, it most likely had to do with the fact that Fiverr tends to push newer gigs for a bit.
  14. This. Also, check your Spam folder too, it might be there accidentally. If not, just try to re-send the email.
  15. Well the only thing you can do is to wait for a reply from them. Maybe there was some issue, maybe the payment was larger than normal and it needs a manual review. There can be a number of issues. I am sure their customer suppot will help. Fiverr's reply times vary based on their workload, I can only assume a payment system has way more issues to deal with.
  16. This is one of the problems that Fiverr really needs to fix. You can have just a revision, but clients can ask for unlimited revisions. I hope this, and the ability to order up to 20x any gig package will be solved.. because it gets annoying.
  17. I had someone that went to customer support and asked for a refund 6 months after the order completed automatically. And they placed a lot of orders from other sellers in the meantime, it's not like they were inactive. But they most likely just wanted their money back for another project, who knows. Regardless, Fiverr reimbursed them so...
  18. You can ask the seller or Fiverr customer support for a refund if the order didn't end up the way you wanted. Sellers only get paid when you approve the order (or if it automatically completes after 3 days (then it enters a 14-day or 7-day clearing period, with the latter being only available to top rated sellers or Seller Plus members). Fiverr asks as an escrow to ensure that buyers get enough time to check the project. Plus, as a buyer you can also ask for a revision.
  19. Great to hear that. But you clearly got to see that yes, using anything other than your own, be it just a template, can get you in trouble.
  20. You can only have a single Fiverr account. It doesn't matter what IP you have, if you create more than one account Fiverr will identify and ban all your accounts. Because as I said, you can only have one. It's not the right way to start your journey on Fiverr. Think about ways to show your expertise, your professionalism, not how to cheat the system....
  21. Use for what? If you just want to send/receive messages and keep your response time low, then the mobile app is ideal since you have it on your phone and you can reply from anywhere. On PC you have access to all the Fiverr features, and you can work but also deliver the projects you want. Depending on the niche, that's hard or impossible on your smartphone.
  22. I mean, a Pro seller was selling their account on a platform at one point, so I agree with them being more selective. As for way way way more privileges.. you can have prices up to $20k, which regular sellers can't access. You have a dedicated success manager without having to pay $40 a month.. And apparently there's also better search exposure.. Now I am a bit jelly 🙂
  23. Well you don't have to like it.. but it does its job better than the Buyer Requests cespool.
  24. You can't have more than one open ticket at a time.. You should check the updated rules..
  25. The chances of that happening are slim. Not 0, but rather low. We will see. Well, it is a punishment when you do the same amount of work (maybe more) and you pay more fees. Doesn't seem fair to me but in the end Fiverr chooses their system. So yeah, I won't comment anymore on this 🙂 since it's way outside of our control.
