  1. Thank you so much! I thought they removed the gallery because my gig went down, at the same time.
  2. Hello!!:) My gig went down and I understand, probably a negative private review or something that happens to everyone at least once. I understand everything. But all the work I had were deleted and is not there next to my gig pictures. The only ones left are the templates I made as gig images. The works I made are not in the reviews or up there where they should be. Is it normal to delete works that have been there for more than 60 days, or is it some kind of their problem? I know that once it happened to me that gigs were all the way on the last page for a month, but nothing was removed. I contacted Fiverr support and asked them if there is any way to return it, I didn't ask them to return gigs and views or anything, I know that myself. The answer was anything but an answer to my question. They said they couldn't get gig visibility back, but that wasn't my biggest problem.. Has anyone else had a similar situation? Thank you in advance!!
  3. I also have doubts about my organization because I've been having some problems lately, so maybe it affects my work and the organization itself. He is a customer from the beginning when I still didn't know how to arrange everything. We negotiated for 3 days and everything was quite clear. I got all the details. He decided to order and I was okay with that because I have everything. After the order, he continued to negotiate, which I think was unnecessary, but I guided myself by pleasing him and making him feel safe to cooperate. I didn't think that the arrangement would last 7 days, because if I had known that he would continue with it, I would have told him to order the package when we finish that part, so that everything goes according to plan. The whole month he was perfectly fine, he didn't say anything. He didn't say either "Can you please include this topic in our posts?", "Can you elaborate on this topic?" It's not going to happen. In the end, everything I mentioned happened. At the last minute, he said everything in 10 messages. I consider it disrespectful of my time and what I said at the beginning. I'm always the person who tells the clients if something is wrong to tell me and I'll fix it quickly.
  4. Hi! I have a situation, so I need your opinion. I made an agreement with the client at the beginning for cooperation and he himself sent me the schedule when he wants me to publish his posts. I respected that schedule. My package includes 20 posts per month, and he decided to post every third or fourth day, and I agreed to adapt to him and say that it's okay and if it suits him, we will cooperate. I ask each client to let me know if something is wrong, and I sent posts for review throughout the month, I corrected every mistake and everything was fine. The end of cooperation has come, the last day. He wrote to me in the chat that he expected some things to be understood, the messages led to the fact that my work was not right and he told me to send him the other number of posts at once so that he could post them. I don't know what to do now because he asked me to make those 6-7 posts and that's it, and now I have 13-14 more posts left that I can't do in one day because he didn't even announce it to me, he just said it now at the last minute. We worked together for another week because he ordered the package too early and all the details we agreed on were clear, I don't know if it could be clearer. I said that I would work for free for that week after the package expired, because we were negotiating the details that week. I don't know if I'm disorganized or if it's simply a client who doesn't know what he wants and doesn't know how to communicate.
  5. Hi! Does anyone know how to keep gigs among the first gigs on search? At one time, my gig was on the first page among the first 5 and in that period over 40 people contacted me. Does anyone have an idea how the gigs stay up as long as possible or is it Fiver's rotation? Thank you all in advance for your answers!
  6. Hi! This may be due to poor performance. If you received a negative review in any way, it can be public, or it can be private in a chat that we don't see. It doesn't even have to be your fault, it could just be the customer being rude or unclear. Unfortunately, there is no special help or solution. All you have to do is wait and try even harder for the customers you have. Another reason can be if these gigs have plagarism in the description or anywhere. Check the pictures you have and update them, check the description and if you copied any part from someone; change that. Make sure that your images are attractive to customers and that they have an attractive title and information that is necessary to recognize the quality. Add a video if you haven't. Many say that the gig may not be attractive to customers, which is why it stops being displayed on search, but it is more likely that you have grammatical errors in the description, that you copied a part or that the customer said something to you in private that Fiverr understood as a bad review. It happened to me that I just didn't know what to do with a customer who was extremely unclear and rude, I canceled the order and the customer wrote something that wasn't even a bad review, but they took it as something bad and I didn't have a single one for a month customer, my clicks were at a minimum. Don't worry, everything will be resolved in a couple of weeks. Slowly everything will return to normal. 🙂
  7. I've had the same problem for almost a month now. How long does it take to get back to normal?
  8. Greeting! I am a new seller here and the situation is a bit strange. I have a client that I post content to regularly and it's mostly similar. Once I posted different content on the story and he deleted it. He sent me a message, send me unusual content that I don't publish otherwise before you do. After some time, I didn't post such content anymore, I normally post like everything else. Today he deleted all the stories I made, which is a shock for me because I posted everything that was normally posted on his profile. I got a message: "send me a story before you publish it". I don't understand the problem because the stories were perfect, the topics were even the same ones I post normally and it's not some unusual content that I should have sent for review.
  9. Thank you! I had a problem with one customer that I had to deal with through fiverr support, because that customer didn't like anything and complained about absolutely everything, and the problem was her rudeness. Maybe that's the reason.
  10. 2 weeks ago I had almost 100 clicks on gigs, it kept dropping more and more for days, now I have a little over 20 and every day they drop more and more. Has anyone encountered this?
  11. I think that's perfectly fine. I had 20 impressions in total for the first time. I'm also relatively new, but I know that in the first I think 2 weeks I didn't have more than 5 clicks combined on all gigs. I was patient and after some time I got my first client. After a few days, one more and now I already have offers for full time jobs, and I am still a new seller. As soon as you get your first client, you can soon expect another, and then more. I think you just have to be patient with it because not everything comes overnight. Sometimes you have more and sometimes less views. Try to do more gigs from time to time to appear professional. Also add a video if you haven't. That helps a lot!
