It saddens me that someone who has lost a child or parent will be ripped off by carnival snake charmer. They will be humiliated while their grief is exploited for a profit. Despicable. I'm probably turning it off as well. They make no distinction between Voice Over sellers and the rest of the Music/Audio vertical. So half of them are people asking for music tracks, or backing vocals, etc. Most of the rest use that damned "flexible" pricing (100% agree with whoever said "flexible is the new $5") So you get people looking for someone to do narration on 15 YouTube videos, 12-15 minutes in length for $10 each. It is the same reason that I never looked at BR. It is the entry portal for the clueless.

I use the coupons only as a thank you to buyers who spend a lot with me on a regular basis. It is a nice (non spam) way to say, "Hi, I really appreciate your continued business, here's a coupon for next time you order." I think this helps them remember to leave feedback as well, as regular clients usually fall off as they get used to working with you. A $100 thank you for a $7,000 annual client is a smart investment. This is why casinos comp a suite for the whales.
