Gig Impressions Down Significantly. No Promotion Available
newsmike replied to dawnstudios's topic in Gig Advice
If you think that's rude, stick around, it gets a lot better. Imagine every day people who don't bother to learn how the platform works asking to be led in the most basic areas. -

If it weren't, what would be the point of it? Would love to be in that meeting. "OK, we're going to create a new metric to measure, which we'll then ignore." -

Perhaps you should read the TOS and the forum a bit more as this has only been discussed here about a half million times. -

No you did not because you are certainly not fluent in English. The sentence you just typed proves that. Please be honest.

The saddest thing is that I just looked at a gig that promises for $45 you can talk to a dead relative. It saddens me that someone who has lost a child or parent will be ripped off by carnival snake charmer. They will be humiliated while their grief is exploited for a profit. Despicable. Fiver needs to just pull the plug on the vertical like they did with writing academic papers. It's just wrong. Why else would Fiverr's legal department make them post this on these bollocks gigs?

Why aren't we? Slap something together, I'll narrate it and off we go.

That makes me wonder if you shouldn't consider upping prices. Hawaii ain't cheap.

@vickieito Why did you drop promoted gigs? I mean I'm sure performance, but details please?

I'm probably turning it off as well. They make no distinction between Voice Over sellers and the rest of the Music/Audio vertical. So half of them are people asking for music tracks, or backing vocals, etc. Most of the rest use that damned "flexible" pricing (100% agree with whoever said "flexible is the new $5") So you get people looking for someone to do narration on 15 YouTube videos, 12-15 minutes in length for $10 each. It is the same reason that I never looked at BR. It is the entry portal for the clueless.

None apparently. Too late for him. I only buy from sellers who spoof being online always.

I could use a logo. Can you help me? Hello? Are you online always? I need a logo, now.

Not product quality? Amazed how people repeat the same nonsense while missing the more obvious improvement.

Learn your craft. Do it yourself, no one will do it for you. Don't break forum rules by spamming and learn to understand context and stay on thread topic. Lesson 1.

Are those just like when you were claiming to be the Executive Director of Fiverr? You do realize after that no one believes anything you say.
-
I see you are no longer pretending to be the Executive Director of Fiverr. Now if you would remove that "English - Fluent" BS you might be half way there. I do have a question. You have made 7 sales at $10. How do you pay your staff of 27 agents on that?

I use the coupons only as a thank you to buyers who spend a lot with me on a regular basis. It is a nice (non spam) way to say, "Hi, I really appreciate your continued business, here's a coupon for next time you order." I think this helps them remember to leave feedback as well, as regular clients usually fall off as they get used to working with you. A $100 thank you for a $7,000 annual client is a smart investment. This is why casinos comp a suite for the whales.

What a lovely way to say "P*ss Off." Brilliant in that it essentially says, "Allow me save you from the consequences of your own cheapness."
