  1. I highly doubt this, I never had a problem with customer support and they always helped me when it was possible.
  2. a great solution for this is to order from others that offer more reasonable prices, it's strictly your choice if you pay for a more expensive gig or not, since you have different packages to choose from and different sellers to choose from you shouldn't complain about the prices that someone asked since there are so many options. Only that seller knows how much is his time worth and how much is he investing in your order. '' but honestly their value for money is not at the top '' is complicated to evaluate from the buyer's perspective and it's also kinda unfair since there are hundreds of other options on Fiverr, the buyer is making a choice when he places an order. Well, the seller is charging what he thinks is right. If you check some Pro sellers they have 400$ 500$ prices 5000$ prices... That's the price that you pay for working with a specific seller. Also, there are tons of gigs in all categories that are 5$ ... so if you choose a 5$ gig or a 200$ gig is strictly your option and in my opinion, a seller shouldn't be blamed that for some reason after the buyer decided to pick him he also thinks that he has unreasonable prices. The sellers have portfolios, gig galleries, reviews, and so on so if he does the job according to what's advertised complaining about the price would be unreasonable.
  3. I noticed that as well, it happens to me when I am not logged in to my account. If I am using a different browser and copy/paste a link from the browser that I am logged in, I am not seeing that online filter.
  4. True, however, there is an ' online ' filter for buyers that allows them to see the sellers online at that moment. In a small percentage perhaps being online helps but it's not possible to be online 24/7 unless you are using some automated thing that might be against the tos... now If Fiverr can find out about it or not it's another thing.
  5. I confirm that they can only accept the delivery once you resubmit the files. In addition to that you can explain to the buyer that if he has any questions ( and not revision requests ) he can send you a message on the order page or in your Fiverr inbox.
  6. Most people that will not complain are those who are not making money at all but your statement is correct, that's what people should write on the forum.
  7. I don't mind paying taxes, we all do one way or another but c'mon a total of 66% is not normal by any means
  8. Alright , I am curious to find out more... Anyway in all cases it's kinda bad. Fiverr takes 20% ... taxes are very high, around 46% in my country so from a 100$ order you actually are left with 34$ ....
  9. where is this information from exactly? It would be great if this is the actual case... well not great but better
  10. It might be a bug though... on the app my impressions seem to be growing, on my PC I see the exact opposite...
  11. no one can know that for sure 🙂
  12. Not sure why but since 2 days ago since I saw the Neo thing in my inbox my impressions dropped by 60-70% ...
  13. Asking to leave a specific review perhaps... I've been told by my success manager that I can ask my buyer to rate the order as long as I am not telling them how should they rate
  14. @alinaserv he is right , I also saw the same thing [ https://www.avocatnet.ro/articol_65395/Declarația-pentru-raportarea-DAC7-oficializată-Prin-acest-document-ANAF-va-afla-despre-vanzările-făcute-de-contribuabili-prin-marketplace-uri.html ]
  15. I completely agree with this , 20% Fiverr Taxes and around 46% other taxes ... so from a 100$ order I am left with less than 42$ after paypal taxes, conversion taxes ( USD to euro and so on ) Not to mention that I have no idea how to proceed
  16. but why would you need to do that... ?
  17. there aren't many things you can do, you either do what he says or either cancel the order. In all cases the seller has no advantage
  18. Imagine not offering unlimited revisions and the buyer keeps requesting revisions even if they are not included 😄 It seems that on Fiverr people tend to behave as spoiled children when they place an order.
  19. I don't think it's important if someone can handle that amount of orders by themselves then good for them
  20. Not really, I saw sellers with 100+ orders in queue and their prices start from 100-150$
  21. it seems that we don't have that ' feature ' anymore
  22. most likely this was a chargeback from what you're saying here, you can discuss with support.
  23. It means that he probably blocked you or he was banned from the site. [https://support.fiverr.com/] you can ask support about it
