Hi All, I am very new to Fiverr and I contacted a seller who agreed to build an app for me with a cost that we also agreed to but when it comes due date, I dont receive anything, so I sent a message through the inbox to ask how did he go and here is what I get : <name of the seller> is not accepting messages at this time. What does this mean ? He is busy to talk to me ? or he is not going to do it and ignore me totally ? Kind regards, Peter Nguyen
