Report and Block them.

They can be really frequent while you are lvl 0-1 as they tend to hit those with less to lose and less experience.

Once you reach Lvl 2-TRS you will see a dramatic decrease in the amount of scammers. I've only had one hit me in the last 3 years. This happened last night from one pretending to be Fiverr Customer Support who was asking me to provide personal data with the threat of my account being locked.
