Not every Seller's account gets approved, but their Fiverr account can stay active in case they ever find themselves in need of another Freelancer for a project.

That didn't cause the restriction, just something you should avoid after you get your account back, since using inappropriate language is a violation as well and it will lead to warnings and ultimately get your account blocked.
