The team now has 60 days to complete a review of your account, and they'll get back to you once it's done. These messages you got were not sent from Fiverr, so opening any external links was against the rules, and there's no way of keeping your account safe outside the platform. You should learn more about how Fiverr works, how it looks like when someone places a genuine order, etc. before you continue using the platform. It seems that this user was reported and blocked in the meantime, feel free to report any other user in the future. Good luck with your future endeavours 🍀
  14. Hi @alimohsin25, the buyer should have placed an order after you've created a custom offer. If a buyer doesn't place the order and you complete it, you'll most probably end up working for free. I recommend reading our Terms of Service and Payment Terms, and follow the rules from now on, even if it means that you get fewer orders, since at least they'll all be genuine.
