I was banned from Fiverr without warning or clear explanation.

Question

Hello everyone,

I want to tell you about a bad experience that just happened to me.

I just signed up and made my first gig. Hooorayyy 😄

And I try hard to make my first gig look great by completing all the previews including PDFs and videos.

I registered my new account using an email with my website extension ex: xxxx@fiverr.com.

I think this proves that I am the owner of the website.

But I was accused of using unoriginal work. With no warning or explanation at all.
FYI, I have quite a lot of products for sale on my website.

For days I make video material, record it and then record the screen for product demos, etc.

FYI, this account is the same account as the one that was banned.

Is there any Fiverr admin or staff who can explain in this open forum?

This say you used copyrighted gallery samples.

Can you attach them as well ?

IF you used content/graphics from your own outside website, this could be a false positive on copyright infringement. The domain-based email address isn't enough to prove ownership, most likely. I'd keep trying with customer service with actual proof that you own the content. If you can't prove that, however, you're out of luck.
