From what I can tell from a quick search of PayPal, if you do not claim the money (You can't, since you don't have access to PayPal), the payment will reverse in time. It should come back here. I would absolutely contact Customer Support and ask if that happens here. I have no idea how long it would take.

According to Fiverr TOS, everything has to happen here on the site, so them asking about sending contracts is very suspicious. Simply tell them they must place an order here.

Don't work for free. 'Test run' is another term for 'getting you to work for free with no intention of ever paying.' Why would they make an order if they don't have to? Your time, effort, and skill is worth compensation.

I pay my insurance fees to my insurance company, which has nothing at all to do with Fiverr.
If someone is asking you on Fiverr to pay an insurance fee, it's a scam.

An individual subscription is locked at the previous price that existed when the subscription started. I have two active ones like that right now.
