What's happening here? Could you let us know why you're paying? Are you the buyer? Apparently not. If he is the buyer and asking you to pay, please contact customer support as soon as possible.

If you paid for anything outside the Fiverr site, you have broken the rules. Why would you pay a buyer?

You should report this person. Unfortunately, it appears you have also broken the rules and may get in trouble now.

Contact Customer Support ASAP. This should NOT be happening at all. He is clearly extorting you. Don't pay anything nor contact him outside Fiverr as it is against the ToS, and contact CS so he gets his account terminated.

Wait!! I found something suspicious in your conversation.. Are you Buying Any Fake Review or How? I think I am Right that you buying fake review from someone and you are not paying to that person.. 

This is my 2nd response to this post.. 

If you are buying any fake review so For God Sake stop finding shortcuts on fiverr to get clients. But if you are in conversation with legit client and he / she asking for refund so you should contact Fiverr Support Team. 

In my mind my first prediction is correct because fiverr don't have easypaisa payment method right?
