1K text words for 0.1k plots average

Everybody! I got a client. he is such a big project but the problem is he is very agressive. if i am away and dont reply for like 2hrs he gets rude and the main problem is he have given me plot and i have to write text account . he keeps saying 1K TEXT WORD FOR 0.1K PLOTS AVERAGE and im not getting what does he means by this. i have asked him to eloborate and he is just being ignorant what does it means

I don't think it makes sense if it's just talking about plots for a story/stories.

1K text words could be 1000 words.

0.1K plots average could be 100 plots average (0.1 * 1000).

So it could mean he wants 1000 words written for each of the 100 plots, but that doesn't make sense if he's already given the plot (1 plot).

Maybe it could mean that the total project will be 100 stories, each with approx 1000 words.

If there's no order and he's being rude and ignorant and not explaining what he wants enough before the order it's probably not worth continuing. You could just say you need to know more clearly what he requires/what he means by that. Or you could just say you're sorry you can't help or that he's best finding another seller (if he keeps not replying with what he means by it or if he keeps being rude/ignorant). Or just block/report him depending how rude he is.

Did you accept an order without getting all the requirements up-front?  If so, sounds like you are experiencing the consequences of this.

My only interpretation would be that for every 100 words in the plot doc he's expecting 1000 words (but I've never heard this phrasing myself so...)

No. the order hasn't yet started. we were just discussing the requirements.

According to my own experience, I would better say No to this buyer - if he is aggressive even before the order was places, try to imagine his behavior AFTER he will pay. And it's possible that he will be that kind of "buyers" who is not happy with the result and try to get his money back in all the possible ways. This is just my opinion, but being aggressive just because someone doesn't reply for 2 hours is not okay
