Issue with Verifying Information for Second Gig Publication

Dear Fiverr Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently facing an issue regarding the verification of my personal and business information. My first gig is already active and published on Fiverr without any issues. However, when I attempted to publish a second gig, I was prompted to provide additional verification.

As per the instructions, I submitted my passport as proof of identity, but I received a message stating that the information provided was not correct, and my gig has not been published. The email I received stated:

"Dear aounshabbir866,
Because we weren’t able to verify your personal and business information, you’re not eligible to sell on Fiverr. You will still be able to purchase services.
"

However, I made sure that all information I provided was accurate, and now my gig is still not being published. Additionally, there seems to be no option for me to resubmit or update my verification details.

Could you kindly assist me in resolving this matter so that I can continue selling on Fiverr? Any guidance or clarification would be greatly appreciated, as I am unable to proceed without this verification process being cleared.

I would be happy to provide any further information or documentation if needed. Thank you in advance for your help!
