I’ve been sitting here for months, trying to find the right words to express what I’ve been feeling over the past few months. My heart is heavy, and my mind is racing, but I hope sharing my experience here might shed light on what I’m going through.
Let me start with some context. I’ve been a dedicated Fiverr seller for three years now. In that time, I’ve completed over 50 successful orders, built a loyal client base, and generated over $10,000 in commissions for Fiverr. As someone who’s been freelancing for eight years, Fiverr became more than just a platform—it became my professional home.
When I joined Fiverr, I decided to give it my all. I made the difficult choice to move all my clients onto the platform, asking them to either work with me through Fiverr or part ways. It wasn’t an easy decision, but I believed in Fiverr’s potential to help me grow and establish a sustainable freelance career.
Fast forward to today, and everything I’ve worked for seems to be slipping through my fingers. My account was flagged earlier this year, and despite my best efforts to resolve the issue, I’m still stuck in this nightmare.
Let me explain what led to this point.
Over the years, I’ve experienced some challenges as my success on Fiverr grew. I travel to other state within the same USA and worked remotely from there.
Despite these challenges, I stayed focused on my work and continued building relationships with my clients. Many of them have been with me for years, returning month after month because of the trust and connection we’ve built. These clients are the reason I love what I do, and now, I can’t even contact them to explain what’s happening.
The most recent incident that might have triggered the flagging of my account occurred when I helped a friend create her own Fiverr account. She had been struggling to find success on other platforms like Upwork, so I shared my positive experience with Fiverr and helped her set up her profile. I never imagined that a kind gesture like this could be misconstrued as suspicious activity that they claimed.
Few days later, my account was flagged. I was devastated. I followed all the advice I could find—reaching out to Customer Support r to explain the situation. But the responses I received left me feeling unheard and dismissed.
The first reply from a customer support team was a generic message stating that my account was flagged due to “suspicious activity” and that their decision was final. No room for discussion, no further clarification. Just an abrupt end to the conversation.
Customer Support was even less helpful. My initial ticket received a response saying my account was flagged because of multiple accounts linked to my Payoneer, which isn’t true. I can even provided proof of my transactions on payoneer to show this, but they still closed the case without addressing my concerns.
I tried contacting CS again and received a different explanation—that I might be violating Fiverr’s “one account per user” policy. But I only have one account. The only potential connection to another account is when I helped my friend create hers out of good will and referring her to a platform as good as this.
On my fourth attempt, they claimed my location was inconsistent, which isn't true as I’ve always followed Fiverr’s rules and ensured my profile was accurate and i am i've always been within my country.
Each response felt like another door slamming shut, and I’m left standing in the cold.
I can’t express how heartbreaking it is to see three years of hard work and dedication reduced to nothing when i didn't do anything wrong.
I have been quiet for many months now with the hope that it is still a dream or perhaps maybe a glitch. Fiverr has been more than just a source of income for me—it’s been my livelihood, my passion, and my connection to a global community. To have it all stripped away without a fair review or proper dialogue feels incredibly unjust.
If anyone reading this has the authority or ability to revisit my case, I beg you to please take a closer look. I’m not perfect, but I’ve always acted in good faith and with the utmost professionalism. All I’m asking for is a chance to explain my side and prove my integrity. @fiverr customer support, @fiverr customer support

I have been in sadness for over 9 month now since my account as been flagged because i haven't been receiving orders again.😭😭😭This has been my only hope of living. I am just a dedicated Fiverr seller trying to hold onto their dream.
