Anyone that can explain why I lose 1 Euro from my earnings? 

It was 141 at some point then 140 and

Today its 139. 

I refer to how much there is on my Fiverr Account

Unless you spend your earning by ordering / subscribe,  Your earning should be intact.

Try check at your earning page. You should able to check all your income / spend.

If nothing found, better ask help from Fiverr CS.

Because it’s conversion rate 

fiverr is a USD platform and all other currencies are just an estimation based on the conversion rate

Of course it does 🤷‍♀️ Conversion rate is not permanent and if it goes down then your earnings also decrease
