Cancellation is the most likely scenario here. Your client asked cancellation almost right away after he placed an order and you didn’t deliver your work yet so fiverr CS has no grounds to keep this order and most likely choice is that they will cancel your order. However also most likely that it will not affect your stats as it’s your buyer who changed their mind. 
 
P.S don’t deliver your work because I’m fiverr CS eyes client asked for cancellation before you submitted your work and you didn’t reach an agreement that you’ll deliver your order. and you will just loose your work that client might use  and most likely will end up with canceled order 

And how would you do that? There is no way to do that without breaking fiverr rules. Be happy that you only got a bad review from a client. If he would’ve complained to fiverr CS they would’ve banned your account right away. 

Yes there is. Even if fiverr wouldn’t approve cancellation there is always a possibility of them filing a chargeback and there is no way of you getting money back in that case. Plus why would a company pay 20% more on a product because to reimburse you through fiverr they will have to add 20% on top that fiverr will take from you to cover the cost of an item for you.

The benefit is that you get to promote your gig and get more exposure. Or what else do you expect?

and just an advice if you want to be invited: it’s worth learning a bit more about design. 2D and 3D logos can not be minimalist logos as you advertise on your gigs, those are totally different categories. And your logo designs are just a bunch of overused mock ups with designs that you can find all over the internet, not something unique and special to be chosen for LogoMaker

You set up your own price that you think is fair for the amount of time you spend on it 😉 
you also need to make sure that you know all requirements and can prepare books for printing with different companies like keep, Amazon etc  not only design book cover

First of all, your seller should’ve never delivered your website incomplete and he broke fiverr TOS with it. 
 
Definitely choose option “I received a partial delivery”. 
It will be recorded as a revision in the system but you will be able to still request all your revisions that you are owed, fiverr doesn’t limit you with pressing request button as long as you don’t abuse it to get more free work or revisions that are not included in the package. 
If you feel safer you can also include in your message to seller that you did request a revision but as there is no revision at this point you do expect still 3 full revisions when he will deliver full website. 
 
my personal opinion: Any seller that tries to game a system with delivering partial work is not trustworthy. I would look out for him now delivering on time and not dragging your project for a long time because with a revision his clock is not ticking anymore. So I would also ask him how long would it take and if you still can expect your delivery within the original agreed timeline. 

Because it’s a ratio that’s taking into account over last 60 days. So some completed  orders that were taken into account yesterday are not counting towards ratio today. Therefore if it’s less completed orders in the past 60 days over the cancelled order then your %ratio will go down 

Reach out to support attaching your source files and also send an email to your SSM so he can overlook your support ticket 
 
PS you are not allowed to use fiverr logo on your gig images 

Buyers don’t knock you. They message you or order from you when they are interested in your offer.
