Buyer orders and doesn't respond.

Yesterday, a client out of nowhere without messaging me at all, bought the 200$ package from me, which without going too deep into it, requires me to ship the final product. The time was around 3 PM for him, and I answered immediately. I nudged him both on the order page and the messaging page, and while he has good buyer reviews from others, he hasn't said anything yet, and I need some information so I can get started on the order. The order timer has not started yet, because there was no information. What should I do here? I don't want to lose a potential client, but I also don't want to spend time and money on something I don't need to.

Since the order timer has not started yet so you can wait and send a reminder from order page.

There are some buyers who response late. Please wait for the client to reply

I think, you need to wait for the client to reply.   Cancellation will affect the stats.

As a good seller, it is your responsibility to contact and discuss about the gig.

you should send a simple and explained message to discuss about the gig. Or if it is possible, send them a sample of your work. He/She may have ordered from other seller too, that may be a reason of not responding to your messages.

Basically, you have only 2 ways: 1) Order is not started yet - you can wait until he replies 2) Cancel this order. But don't start to work until the order is started, because buyer can cancel it from his end and you will simply lose your time
