Buyer orders and doesn't respond.

Yesterday, a client out of nowhere without messaging me at all, bought the 200$ package from me, which without going too deep into it, requires me to ship the final product. The time was around 3 PM for him, and I answered immediately. I nudged him both on the order page and the messaging page, and while he has good buyer reviews from others, he hasn't said anything yet, and I need some information so I can get started on the order. The order timer has not started yet, because there was no information. What should I do here? I don't want to lose a potential client, but I also don't want to spend time and money on something I don't need to.

Since the order has not started. You put the message in the order box. When you see it is not responding for many days. Then you can cancel through fiverr support. Thank you.

You need to send him a message again. If this guy replies back to you then well. If this guy doesn't do that then tell this marketplace customer support team member then they will communicate with this buyer for you...

I would suggest you to visit the resolution center and inform the support about the situation...
If you left the order how it is right now, It will be effecting your response rate..
