Same same. There are certain statistics that you need to fulfil and it’s exponential. 
it’s like asking which step is tougher: first step of a stairs or the second one?

I think first is more difficult, maybe because by the time you're thinking about level 2 you would have a bunch of glowing reviews and returning clients (hopefully).
