Be realistic, professional, and honest.
....OR dare I say "Stay online for 24 hours, lie, and spam the forum?" 
 

Ever since I joined Fiverr though, I get the feeling a lot of people don't know what "honest" means. Or refuse to understand.

I would say focus on the 'buyer experience'. From inbox to delivery, how do you make them feel, with both your service and communication. Walk through your own process from beginning to end and put yourself in the shoes of your buyer. Hopefully this will give you clues about where you can make improvements.
