I've lost my levels on fiverr

Hello (who ever reading the post). I'm a seller on fiverr for almost 2 years. I achieved level 2 on fiverr. After I achieved level 1 I lost gig ranking. I didn't have any order for almost 2 months after I got level one. Then I started getting order again. One day I achieved level 2 on fiverr. But After getting level 2 my gig lost it's rank again. I'm not getting order for almost 3 months an still not getting. in this time I'm not losing my level. At first I lost level 2 and demoted to level 1 and this month I was demoted to New seller. Now when I will complete all the requirements again will I be promoted to level 2 again or Level 1 first and then level two in the next month?

Unfortunately you can only go up one level at a time on evaluation day, even if you've completed all the requirements for higher levels. If you're at the new seller level now, it'll take you two months to get your level 2 badge back.
