how to Send Buyer Requests in fiverr

If you are a seller (I presume you are) you will see a task bar as the top of the page. It will have (Dashboard, messages, orders, gig… and more.
Click on More.
Click on Buyer Request

If you are new there may not be any requests available, but look at this every so often. I looked at it every 30 minutes while I was awake.

You will notice that you can scroll through and bid for whatever you want. My recommendation is to bid at the prices they are wanting (if you are new on Fiverr), this is one way to get work and a rating.
