try to be active always on fiverr . my personal opinion is that its not well using auto refresh because when buyer see you are active now, he will knock to you but auto refresh will not help you to reply your buyer automatically and that reason your response rate will reduce .

You might get banned for using a script to auto refresh on fiverr, you should remove it
