Response Rate confusion

I just completed ORDER in last night. buyer given review and closed, i was thank them with good message,

After 3 hrs. buyer response against my good message with thankful manner,

it is consider as a response time/rate, or i require to send message against their response, how the chain will stop. see attachment.
