  4. Hi there! Here's another great story about Success score. I noticed that order cancellations have a strong negative impact on one of my Gigs. However, I have only 1 (one) order cancellation among over 20 orders. It was made by the client because of his misclick and wrong Gig selection. After that, we completed a project, and the buyer was completely happy with the result. Moreover, I was sure that this cancellation would not affect my statistics in any way (after all, the system message assured me this). But nope, CS said literally "Although it is not affecting your Order Completion Rate, it still does have an effect on your Success score". So if the client did the wrong order - it's the seller's fault. Moreover, this "fault" is so huge that it will affect your score even if you have dozens of other successful orders. The only good news - Fiverr is not my main income source, so I can pause my profile for a few months and see how it will go.
