It was frightening! Until I realized that they test the weather/air-raid warning alarm every Saturday at noon. 😉

I got this as well, saying I was demoted from Level 2 to Level 2 even though I meet the requirements to be a Top Rated Seller.

They are likely testing their notification system and working out flaws…

In other words: It’s a(nother) bug. 😊
