What is the purpose of buyer, don't mark as completed

Hi, I recently Delivered my order.But buyer didn’t ask for any modification as well as didn’t mark as completed.I want to clarify like this activity.Please provide some clarifications

If the buyer does nothing for 3 days after the delivery, the order will be automatically marked as completed.
