  1. Another question: My success score is 10 but not all my gigs are 10. Should I make all the scores of my gigs 9 or 10 to achieve Top Rated Seller ? Thanks 🙂
  2. Do gigs that have a "Fiverr's Choice" badge affect being a Top Rated seller ? Are we competing with each other to be Top Rated Sellers ? I mean, Do you have a quota for Top Rated Sellers ? OR, do you just have specific qualifications and we just need to meet these qualifications and you just need to investigate us more specifically ? Do our earnings affect being Top Rated Seller ? (I do not mean that reaching the $10,000 limit, I mean that earning more makes me more qualified to be Top Rated than others...) * I may edit here with more questions - I have many orders to work on... Thank you very much 🙂
  3. I got 10 success scores, %100 response rate, and 5 legit stars. All my ratings are 5 stars - I've never even gotten 4 stars before. And suddenly I saw my rating became 4.9 stars... I mean I worked so hard for this. I did my best! And it is because of testing ? - so they said. They said "Research shows that 4.9 stars are more trustworthy" But I'm not a 4.9 stars owner. I'm a 5-star owner. This is not trustworthy for my customers. This is a falsehood!
  4. I think this new score gives me lots of insight to see what is lacking in my gigs. I'm level 2 and I got a 10 success score but 2 of my gigs got 3 & 4 scores even if I got 5 stars rating on both... But after some checking, I got what is the problem. Fiverr gave all the details there... * One of the gigs says: Conflict-free orders - yes, that's why I got very less orders on this gig, and lots of unrelated messages. Because the title is confusing, and my description is not enough. I fixed it now. * The other one says: Client satisfaction - this also has a 5-star rating but one of the customers canceled the order because she accidentally ordered (as she said). And, I got an order that has been waiting for more than a year for requirements - no response at all... I need to contact Fiverr-help to end this unresponsive order. All in all, I see where I can develop myself, and where I can focus more. I think this new system will help me more. I mean I just checked it for 2 hours and it helped me to develop my job better 🙂
