And from what I understand, you will have to pay for the same gig twice if you decide to buyout commercial rights after the initial order is complete & evaluated.

Hi, I need to order around 4-6 voiceover actors for several phrases. The question is: can I buy out full commercial rights after I evaluate the end result? I'm OK with paying for the work done (for the gig itself), even if it does not suit me, but it's really expensive to buy out commercial rights in advance as well, especially if the job done does not meet my requirements. Can it be done? If so, what's the way of doing so? Thanks!
