    I got a direct order from a client, His requirements were different from the order he made. I told him about this and he said he ordered by mistake, he wanted to order the premium package and asked to cancel the order to reorder again. So we cancel the order, but he never order back. I told the fiverr support about this, so they removed this cancellation from my stats. But the score dropped 1 point down.

    I never asked a user to leave a review, if they feel like, they do it themselves. Fiverr ratings and review system is so complicated, that you never know when you get a warning even if you asked for review in a best possible way.

    First of all, you should learn how fiverr works, You just created a gig without a good thumbnail into it. No good description and you also added your Number in there. I am not sure how the fiverr team approved your profile.

    Fiverr team selects users for Top Rated Seller, I passed my threshold 2 years back. So, it's not guaranteed you will get TRS. But I wish you All the best for it.
