  1. To be honest, I had never used this feature before, and now, when my potential customer wanted to have a call (he insisted that he wanted to have a video call to explain everything), I had no chance to make it. As a result, he had to buy my consultation instead of just having a simple meeting. I have been on the platform since 2014 (~7,000 orders), and my average selling price is ~$38 now (it was $33 in 2022). So, it will take a couple of years to move it higher. Is it possible to calculate the average selling price for at least 1 or 2 years? When I started here, I had a lot of $5 orders, and all of them were included in the average selling price calculation.
  2. With attached images and links (so, there's no real content control). And this is my personal favorite:
  3. There's a small caption right under it: "Based on activity of similar buyers." Another great feature is useless now.
  4. Then you can apply to convert it here (since you already have that badge): https://fiverr.formtitan.com/ftproject/pro-gig-conversion
  5. "For a Gig to be listed with the Pro badge, it must be priced above $100 USD. If your Gigs are priced below $100 USD and you are an eligible Pro freelancer, the Pro badge will appear on your profile, not your Gigs." Full conditions can be found here: https://pro.fiverr.com/cp/pro-freelancers
  6. I think it's a new way of creating problems here. Yesterday, I had a potential buyer, who wanted me to use his Figma link to get access to the translation content. I never open anything outside Fiverr, and as soon as I asked him to send everything in chat, he disappeared. I remember that about a year ago, there was an attack, when sellers opened links, and their profiles were immediately hacked.
  7. I've just seen this update live (probably because I am traveling in a region, where it's available). How can this be better than the list of gigs with videos and images? I will never understand it (as well as the one-way community approach, when you have to eat what you are given).
  8. I will repeat it again and again. This is the most awful update ever. You removed the most crucial part for the customers. You asked sellers to create videos and write detailed descriptions to avoid confusion among customers. And now, you show the potential customers our profile description (what for???). The process has to be simple: Open gig page > Get relevant info > Order.
  9. Just contact your manager and inform them that you want to talk with their team leader. They will ask you about the reasons and provide you with a new manager. As long as it's a paid service, you have all rights to demand a proper level of its execution.
  10. Many buyers are well aware of what they do and just want to save money by using AI-services. One of my customers offered me to switch from translating his martial arts books to proofreading machine translations since it's cheaper for him. Shall I add that these books are then sold on famous platforms for real money? I have a handful of those (mostly from the period in my life when I wasn't able to deliver everything in time). Once I was accused of using too many articles in English. So, as you said, it's always better to evaluate all aspects. I need one too since I had 3 orders cancelled with the following reason:
  11. I always reply with "SPAM" (or SPAAAAAM or even SpAaAaM when I'm annoyed) and block them. However, the amount of it is getting ridiculous. This is just for today:
  12. I have always been amazed by the total absence of official representatives here. If you open Payoneer Community, you will see several Payoneer employees ready to answer all your questions (Actually, you can open a lot of other communities to see exactly the same approach). Moreover, if you post something about Payoneer on one of numerous forums, their representative will appear even there to help. Here, I've only seen "we need your feedback: [ADD TOPIC HERE]" posts with no real interaction.
  13. That's what I am thinking about as well. However, this is a semi-official position of CS and success managers. I was even told the following: "to combat any negative reviews/surveys, we can also ask a buyer to leave a review." When I have issues with my customers, we can discuss everything in the majority of cases. The thing is that for every 10 orders, I have 5-6 public reviews and 1-2 private reviews (so, even one unhappy customer can cause a lot of issues). I suppose that Fiverr knows this and that's why we are so actively recommened to ask for a "honest feedback." And it brings us to the initial idea of your post, to make the entire process simple and user-friendly.
  14. I rarely buy something on Fiverr, but the entire reviewing system is too complicated. I think they need to use the same approach as AirBnb, when both reviews are left at the same time (first you have to leave a private one, and then a public one). As a seller, I have a question for you. Will it make you more mad (annoyed) if your sellers additionally ask you to leave a honest review after delivery? I am asking that because that's what I am being actively recommended right now.
  15. I will only add that according to my SPM, less than 10% of my customers leave private reviews (I won't share numbers, and I don't say that it's a general trend, but I have what I have). At the same time, around 50% of them leave public ones. So, it turns out that even one unhappy customer can ruin your sales. I had two orders from one person, and his unhappiness affected my sales for almost 90 days. And yes, it was a new customer (I mean that we never worked together before), who ordered 200 (100 and 100) words in total. I have a lot of returning customers (50-70% depending on the month), and I understand that they don't want to fill out all those surveys. As I understand, now I have to ask them to do that to stay afloat.
  16. I gave you that recommendation, since it is a standard procedure for temporarily blocked Russian accounts since 2022. There was no single issue, and Fiverr usually helps to fix everything. If you are sure that it wasn't your second account (like, if you had one before 2022 or earlier), you can explain everything in detail at support@fiverr.com. When you contact support, they check your history, and they could find something strange that triggered their system. Otherwise, they will release your funds in 90 days.
  17. This is really important. I started with my night routine. I used to read messages on Fiverr even at night (I live in GMT+3 zone, so all customers from the USA would contact me in the middle of the night). Now, I am strictly offline from 2 AM to 10 AM no matter what it takes. I may lose a few orders, but it really makes me feel better. And I won't get that "Lightning reply" badge, even though I don't really need it. I can't evaluate huge projects within 5 minutes. The same goes for taking a day off. You need to have it at least once in a while. Otherwise, it will be a vicious circle of waking up, working, doing stuff at home, and sleeping. And one thing that really saved me a lot of time was sharply decreasing my online activity (social networks, endless reels, etc.)
  18. When you are not really happy with people around you 😄 video_2023-03-16_12-55-44.mp4
  19. May I ask what exactly do you see on the withdrawal page? Are there no buttons at all or they are greyed out? Update: When I open your profile, it says Russia. If you are not there anymore, you need to log out from your account, log in again (it will update your location). After that, contact customer support, and they will change the country in your profile.
  20. You pay around ~$400 for it every year. So, I don't think that "I am busy for March" thing is acceptable. If you are not satisfied with your manager, kindly ask them to forward your request to the Seller Plus Team Lead. You will be asked about the reasons, and provided with a new manager. I prefer to avoid confrontation, but I had a case, when I was ignored for around a month while having a critical question to be solved. I was assigned to amazing Chiara (true Fiverr magician!), who recently left her position. Chiara (and Chris before that time) really helped to make a lot of positive changes to my profile. Every Zoom session was a source of useful information for me, and every time it resulted in more impressions and orders... And I am not even mentioning their help in my relocation saga... 😁 One thing is important: SPMs are not magicians, but they can give you a lot of useful information and show things to change.
  21. I am not a tax resident in Turkey, so I can't help you with taxes (as I know, you have to create a company and pay taxes 4 times per year), but I can tell that Payoneer transfers TL to Ziraat or İş Bankası personal accounts without any issues. All of them are marked as Visa Global Payments or Sender Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. In addition, you can order their card and use it to withdraw TL, or pay for services and goods (they will cut around 2-5%). If you plan to withdraw TL from Payoneer card directly, use ATMs of ING and Ziraat banks. As of today, the rates are the following: If you withdraw $100 from Fiverr, you will get 1790 TL in cash, or 1845 TL to your account.
