  1. Do you see anything here? https://www.fiverr.com/seller/levels (it's now called the Achievements page 😁) I was afraid of that too, but those gigs have 10, even though I rarely have customers choosing them, so it seems to be fine for now.
  2. I have the following question. Currently, I have two gigs, which show me the following: Negative Impact (Order cancellations). In both cases, orders were canceled by Customer Support. One of them was an academic assignment, and the other one was an attempt to pass an exam online. I was told that my metrics wouldn't be affected, but that's not the case. Can this also be taken into account while considering future updates? One more thing, in the FAQ section, one sentence is shown twice:
  3. I like it! I was thinking about similar ways of communicating with the customers, but I am afraid that all of them will be considered to be "feedback manipulation." I will also discuss it with my SM to see their point of view on this issue.
  4. Yes, it was a temporary thing that was eliminated and deleted from everywhere as if it never existed. I remember that time when one late or 1-star order was ignored by the system, but I am sure that it was disabled long ago.
  5. It was their initial intention. They claim that "ratings between 4.0-4.9 are actually more trustworthy" while demanding sellers to have 4.4+ to keep their level.
  6. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Both the order completion rate and the delivery-on-time will be integrated into the success score. As soon as you cancel an order or have a late delivery, your success score will be affected. The main difference is that it will be calculated for each gig separately while affecting the entire account as it was before. Fiverr won't be Fiverr after allowing sellers to cancel orders and deliver them late 😁
  7. Or just canceling an order and leaving 1 star that will affect the seller for an unknown period of time (3 months? 6 months?)
  8. As I know, the review period will be even longer, and the process of evaluation will be daily. At the same time, I am not expecting any transparent or open reply now. It will be tested on sellers, and adjusted if needed while not taking sellers into account at all. For now, it can be summarized with the following: We don't want you to be stressed out, so we want you to keep 4.7+ while "ratings between 4.0-4.9 are actually more trustworthy." When I was younger, we used this emoji for similar situations:
  9. The main problem is that these scores for each gig will affect your overall performance (arithmetic mean). So, basically, you have to choose between deleting poorly performing gigs, or losing your level (checked daily). I've already enabled it for the majority of my gigs, as well as increased prices for my basic packages.
  10. It seems that all our suggestions will be "considered for future updates" 😁 And it totally corresponds with the following quotes. Smooth as... silk. Just a comment: I am not a person, who neglects everything new, and I understand that it's "their sandbox", so they can set any rules. But if you claim to have a community or to work with it, maybe (just maybe) it can be useful to really communicate with it instead of answering only chosen questions and sending "we really care" replies, which were obsolete even 5 years ago.
  11. I had that meeting too and I read that closed topic, so I understand their reasoning; however, I tend to disagree with the entire approach to reviews. I will repeat it again and again: ONE PAGE for all types of reviews (private, public, etc.) with 2 options (YAY or NAY). There is no point in these 4-star or 5-star reviews until there are private reviews, which weigh more. What is the value of a 4-star or 5-star review, if buyers can leave a terrible private review that is more important? And with the current update (in my opinion), these 5 stars will transform into 4 stars, and buyers will have to choose from a sea of equal 4-star gigs. In addition, I can hardly imagine a serious business owner going through 3 different pages and clicking 🤩
  12. It was implemented for the sake of "a more modern, reliable rating & review system that will encourage freelance business growth... empower customer decision-making, and enhance trust between freelancers and customers." 😅 It was widely discussed in the topic below. After a while, the discussion was closed with "... your feedback is invaluable and we will continue to implement changes as best as possible based on your suggestions. Our goal is a smooth and gradual transition to future changes, and rest assured we will update in a new post in the forum as soon as we have more information." Shall I add that none of the suggestions was implemented? It is already working, and the main idea is the following, and it's unlikely to be changed in the near future (judging by the current approach to "a smooth and gradual transition"): By the way, I want the same 5 emojis here to react to posts (if we accept that emojis can be used on a professional website) 😟😒😑😊🤩
  13. I 100% agree with that, but I have a logical question 😅 How does it correspond with the new gig page layout? A year ago, I was recommended by my success manager to create short gig videos for my potential customers, and now, they need to make 3-4 clicks to find it (I am sure that 99% of them will never do that). Instead, they are offered to watch my intro video and read my bio, which lacks logic.
  14. I wouldn't be surprised if that's impossible 😄 Maybe you need to tick "Level of innovation" to get those 0.5 😅 Everything for the sake of "a more modern, reliable rating & review system that will encourage freelance business growth... empower customer decision-making, and enhance trust between freelancers and customers." In my opinion, it's just another terrible update, which will perfectly fit the awful layout for non-visual gigs. I also think that this emoji 🤩 has to be replaced with this 😍. Many people will never use hearts (showing love?!), so it's a win-win situation! The review process has to be simple, and this update makes it even more puzzling. Both reviews (public and private) have to be in a single form. Take a look at Airbnb, where you can send a private review right before writing a public one. By adding more screens, buttons, fields, and all other things... I don't want to dive into the details, since it will be 99.9% implemented like that. And by the way, can we finally get that "Payments for active orders" block working? Okay, I will go and think about how to make my translations and videos more innovative 🫡
  15. I wanted to say that your words were 100% correct! Exactly 😅
  16. First of all, this is 100% correct. I don't use LinkedIn and just wrote "I don't use it to attract new customers" in that section since it's a required field. Yes! Just open this page: https://proapp.fiverr.com/prog/fiverr_pro/ And start the process. You will see all the requirements and sections (don't forget the "Supporting Documents & Materials" tab since it's not that obvious). You can complete it step by step, and when everything is ready (your video, bio, and all that stuff), just submit it. In my case, it took a bit longer than a month to get accepted. I am 100% sure you don't need anyone's insights. The idea is to show what you have to offer and not to use someone's advice (which may be useless in your case). One more thing. Think if you really need it. I had a lot of Fiverr Business customers before, so I applied only to get them back since Fiverr Business was merged with Pro.
  17. To be honest, I had never used this feature before, and now, when my potential customer wanted to have a call (he insisted that he wanted to have a video call to explain everything), I had no chance to make it. As a result, he had to buy my consultation instead of just having a simple meeting. I have been on the platform since 2014 (~7,000 orders), and my average selling price is ~$38 now (it was $33 in 2022). So, it will take a couple of years to move it higher. Is it possible to calculate the average selling price for at least 1 or 2 years? When I started here, I had a lot of $5 orders, and all of them were included in the average selling price calculation.
  18. With attached images and links (so, there's no real content control). And this is my personal favorite:
  19. There's a small caption right under it: "Based on activity of similar buyers." Another great feature is useless now.
  20. Then you can apply to convert it here (since you already have that badge): https://fiverr.formtitan.com/ftproject/pro-gig-conversion
  21. "For a Gig to be listed with the Pro badge, it must be priced above $100 USD. If your Gigs are priced below $100 USD and you are an eligible Pro freelancer, the Pro badge will appear on your profile, not your Gigs." Full conditions can be found here: https://pro.fiverr.com/cp/pro-freelancers
